I recommend these over the regular gummy melatonin that do not have the time-release additive. My daughters both suffer with sleep issues and I noticed a HUGE difference in how they are not only able to fall asleep more quickly, but they both stay asleep 95% more through the night with these, then they were with the ones that didn't have the time-release ability. The taste is pleasant, they say and I've tried them too. The flavor starts off sweet, but then (in my opinion) leaves a bit of a medicinal taste, like a weak cough syrup. I recommend, giving this before brushing teeth for the night, because there is definitely a stickiness factor that will sit on the grooves of the teeth all night, if you don't. I’ve tried melatonin pills and other chewables. These are the only ones that don’t give me weird dreams. I cut them in half as I don’t need 10mg. I deduct one star because they’re extremely sweet.

I didn't think the 10mg of time released melatonin would be much different than the regular 10mg but boy was I wrong. One of these put me and the misses in a coma. Totally slept like a baby. I a little difficult to get out of bed but once up we are not groggy
