This brush makes a strange jerkin movement when the hair is around it. I found that I have to leave using it until my hair is almost dry. Not the best rotating brush but also not the worst.

Received a faulty product. The brush does not have an off button. Can only be switched off if unplugged. It is not safe or fit for use. Product started sparking when last used. Had less than 4 weeks and seller has refused to help or process refund. Would not order or recommend.

This product only rotated one way. Pressed the button but wouldn't work the other way. Very short cable made it difficult to hold and use.

Returned as the small brush kept falling off

I messaged the seller earlier this week with a question regarding the function of the rotating brush on the cold setting, however it would seem it was taken as a complaint and I have been refunded.The brush doesn't rotate on the cold setting, where it does on the heat settings but makes an awful clicking noise. The cable could do with being at least another 50cm longer, it is quite short, also not sure how long the brushes will last as I've only been using this for about 10 days and I've notice the heat is distorting the bristles already.
