I'm rating 1star because I can't give zero star. The product which I got has live current/electricity leaking in to the jar. You can't touch it and use it. I called the customer care more than 10 times but they have no solution. They just say we will call you back but nobody calls. Horrible product, even horrible service. I'll file a formal complaint in consumer court.

I am using this for almost a year, it is excellent product, even last month I faced little issue with the product and service provided by inalsa was on time and my issue is resolved.

I purchased this stand mixer with high expectations given its price. Unfortunately, I had an unexpected hospital stay and was only able to try it after the return period had expired.My experience was disappointing from the first use. While mixing dough at Speed #1, the mixer felt unstable and looked as though it might fall apart. The upper section where the dough hooks attach seemed to lift away from the lower body, even though everything was properly locked in place. It was quite concerning to watch.I suspect the plastic construction may be the reason, as the mixer does not feel as sturdy as expected. For the price, I expected much better build quality and performance. Overall, I am very disappointed with this purchase.
