Nutty Flavour, Great for Added Omega etc.
Good price for a 1kg bag of ground flaxseed. I put a spoonful in my porridge before adding any liquid. Remember to add extra liquid because it does soak it up. It has quite a nice nutty taste and a roughish texture. A great way of adding those extra needed Omega etc! I would definitely recommend this.

Taste is not unpleasant. Easy to mix.
I bought it to incorporate into my diet to try and reduce my cholesterol. I’m content mixing it with some low fat yogurt, mixed with water. And it’s fine. Not unpleasant, like others have said it just adds a bit of a woody taste, but it’s fine in my opinion. It will be six months before I could comment on it’s effectiveness.

Taste is definitely something
I just got it, I had my first spoonful today, just a prewarning to anybody, it is extremely bitter and tastes earthy a little like soil and grass. Definitely figure out a mixture plan before buying unless you're lf a unique torture method. The bag came looking the same and being resealable, im doing a plan for 1-2 weeks on 1 tablespoon, then 3-4 on 2 and 5-6 on 3 to see improvement.
