Recieved broken
Just opened my tea flask to find it already broken. Not a good start. Unable to use for the purpose it has been bought for. Not impressed

Love it so far!
I’ve been looking for a travel mug that can fit under my Keurig and for some reason that was surprisingly difficult. I came across this one and thought it’d be perfect… it is. Love the color, and it isn’t too bulky in my hand. Fits in a cupholder, and honestly I’m not too concerned on temp maintenance cause my coffee typically doesn’t last me long… The stainless steel inside was another must for me. For the price, I am very pleased.Someone mentioned the edges being sharp, and I agree. It could be harmful so just use caution when washing.

Perfect for a grandé refill
This is a pretty good insulated mug.Problems first:▪︎This is probably nothing to most people, but the non-slip pad on the bottom of the mug is way off center. Maybe it's hard to wrap your head around, but for some people (those with certain types of OCD symptoms) that can actually cause major anxiety. I'm more annoyed that it shows sloppy or rushed work. Little things like a poorly placed sticker really *can* speak to a company's or manufacturer's commitment to excellence. Personally, if I was handed the mug I currently have and a virtually identical mug from another company, I'd choose the one that showed the most attention to detail. So that's problem #1. It's very irritating to me, to a lot of others it's nothing, and to a small segment of the population it's something that would trigger anxiety... and that's *not* nothing or silly.▪︎Second problem, another one that could garner the entire spectrum of possible reactions, it has no snap sound to indicate that it's fully closed. It annoys me because, since I want my hot coffee to remain so for as long as possible, a partially open sip spot cover will cool the coffee down too quickly... or could lead to spills, from annoying to painful. The good:▪︎Unless I have very poor eyeballing-it/guesstimation skills (quite possibly), this cup would fit a Starbucks grande size, or medium, some would call it.▪︎The design of the mug body is nice looking *and* feels good in the hand. Getting both right on the same product is not as easy as one would think. Most of us have a perfect looking mug that's uncomfortable to hold and/or a really comfortable-to-hold mug that's seen better days/years, but is still perfect despite its scratches and fading and stickers we thought were cute five years ago...▪︎The mug, at least mine, is definitely leak-proof. I filled mine with hot coffee before leaving to watch my grandbaby, and out of curiosity, after I screwed the lid was screwed on tightly and made sure the sip spot was fully covered, I slowly upended it over thkitchen sink; no leaks. I danced around a little with it still over the sink; maybe, maybe not while singing 'Happy Together'...); no leaks. I shook it for a little while (gently, not vigorously) over the sink; no leaks! It's actually leak-proof!It probably won't be leak-proof if it's full of hot liquid and has been sealed firmly for a while... long enough for the steam pressure to build up at the sip spot... paths to to of least resistance and all that science-type stuff. I think it would survive a fall to the car floor without exploding everywhere if you have to stop suddenly.I really like the navy blue color I chose and the font that was used to write "coffee" on the side. Confession of personal nerdiness: the first time I held the mug in my hand, the word "coffee" was facing me and it immediately brought to mind 'Star Trek: The Next Generation. Took me back...▪︎So far, it seems to do a good job keeping my coffee warm. As the coffee level goes down, it cools exponentially. That's to be expected.Overall, I'm good with my order and will recommend it to anyone who drinks their morning coffee during their commute... or just wants an insulated mug that feels good and won't easily leak.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rust easily
I have only washed this once and it has already rusted around the edges.

Great, keeps heat, doesn’t spill.
Great little travel mug, looks nice and really durable. Doesn’t dent as easily as many others I've had over the years (I drop things a lot). The top is hard plastic, so that will probably break before the rest of it. Definitely a good purchase.
