Good value and looks nice
So, let's be honest with ourselves: this isn't an Ethan Allen-quality piece of furniture. But for a sub-$100 desk (it was $70 at the time I purchased it) it looks nice and gets the job done.I bought this since I was moving into a new place. I telecommute, and my previous 44-inch desk just wasn't big enough to handle my computer with two monitors, keyboard, mouse, notebooks, pens, etc. I had resolved to upgrade, and this turned out to be the perfect size for my needs. In terms of assembly, it can be done by one person (I did it) but I wished I had a friend (for a frame of reference, I'm a 40 year-old woman who is pretty handy assembling IKEA furniture and can often handle the smaller stuff that they say should have two people, like the Malm platform bed.) However, I also assembled this in a kind of tight space and found the whole thing kind of hard and unwieldy to flip in the direction I was forced to, so I might have found it completely easy by myself if I hadn't backed myself into a corner while assembling. So, ymmv on this point.)Anyone with experience assembling IKEA furniture shouldn't have any issues at all with the "insert tab A into slot B" mechanics of how to put this together, but still, it's no IKEA peice. Threading bolts through the holes, and screwing just right for it to gain the necessary purchase without being crooked will be an exercise in patience. Still, with enough of it (patience, that is) it can indeed be done. I can't recall exactly how long this took me to assemble, but it was definitely over an hour. I would say closer to two hours, though how much closer exactly I couldn't say for certain. The less-than-awesome machining of these components is where the price point becomes noticeable in the "you get what you pay for" sense, but even then it doesn't detract from the look or sturdiness of the desk. It's just a PITA while assembling. When you're done though, you will have a nice, sturdy, modern looking desk with room for days (though I'm already scheming ways to get even more - a riser or two may be in my future.) It doesn't have any whistles or bells - no drawers, no cubbies, no cord management. I prefer it that way because then I can work on curating exactly what pieces I want to organize my desk, and change it later on as my needs change. And yes, the sturdiness is pretty good - sure, it moves a little if I push on it, but you'd have to push pretty dang hard to get stuff toppling over on this desk. It is far sturdier than my last, $40 desk, so the $30 upgrade was money well-spent, I would say.The tabletop has held up well thus far - I have plopped sweaty iced coffee glasses with nary a coaster on this bad boy daily with no lifting, discoloration, or other ill effects (I mean, it's definitely not real wood, but whatever they used holds up well.) The only blemish is a scratch that I stupidly caused by sliding a heavy Amazon box across it that had a pebble stuck to the bottom, but that was my stupidity and I think any desk would have suffered the same fate in those circumstances (and it's a noticeable blemish when you're looking for it, but I wouldn't say it really jumps out at you if you're not aware of it. Also, this desk got delivered before I moved in and no one brought it inside - and it ended up sitting in the rain for two days before I arrived and dragged it inside. No moisture damage to this bad boy at all. Though that brings up another point - I could manage individual components mostly fine by myself but you'll probably want a hand getting this into your home. It's definitely wide and heavy enough that trying to do it by yourself will be tough without dragging it - which may be problematic on concrete.)All in all, if you like the look of this desk and you're on a budget, I'd recommend this desk if you're up for working through sub-IKEA quality (but definitely not impossible) nuts/bolts/assembly. You could definitely do far, far worse.

Construction is less sturdy than ideal
The table is nice and the wooden laminate finish on the top is great. However, the frame can be wobbly (even after proper installation and tightening all the nuts properly) and can sway side to side with a small push. I would not place it somewhere that leaves its 3 or all 4 sides open, especially with heavy stuff on it (such as big monitor, desktop etc). Mine is placed in corner with two wall supporting two adjacent sides and therefore stable enough for my purpose.

Quality Desk, Stylish, and Quite Affordable
I've always been one to go by the motto "you get what you pay for". However, with this desk, not only is it very affordable, but the styling is clean and simple and the quality is incredible. Unlike some who have commented, the shape the table was delivered in was pretty much flawless. There was a small scuff on the underneath portion of the table, but then again, who will ever notice it? Unless someone goes under the desk with the intention of inspecting every inch of the desk. The installation was very simple and the instructions were understandable. The box did have a couple of holes, but I suspect it was more for the delivery guy to be able to have a grip of the box, especially coming up to my second floor apartment. If you are looking for something that is stylish with a minimalist approach, built well and incredibly affordable then you've found yourself the ideal desk with this one.On a side note, have the vacuum or broom handy, lots of little styrofoam "snow balls" will be left behind. A little of an inconvenience, but I would rather deal with that than an item that was delivered with defects so it's a great trade off.

5 minute installation!! Worth Every penny
Recieved my desk on time and the shipping box was in great condition (no holes in the box and no scratches on any part of the desk). I have to say, I was slightly skeptical of this product, but after opening it up, I am sold with this company. It took me literally 5 minutes to install the legs onto the desk. Super simple. 2 different kinds of bolts and an Allen Key. That's it! The color is exactly as described (I ordered the white and brown desk). For the price, you absolutely cannot go wrong. I don't know about anyone else's orders or if they were damaged or not, but mine was excellent and I highly recommend this desk.

Good but beat up
I love it, but the box was really beat up and there's a chunk taken out of it... It would be fine if it was going to be against a wall but it won't be so it's disappointing.

Content Damaged
This item came damaged. One corner has a piece of laminate out of it and there is an almost dime sized hole in the middle/left on the desk top. The box is damaged and wet at one end. VERY disappointed! Due to box being damaged so much I am unable to return the desk.

Perfect desk for what I needed.
When it was delivered the box was a little banged up, im guessing by the delivery people. However the desk was so well packaged that it was still in perfect condition. It was very easy to assemble by myself, took me about 30 mins to put it together once it was unpacked. It is very sturdy and its a great size. Love this desk so far.

Faulty top to base attachment. Ruined the top
I tried to notify seller but no response. When I attached the top to the base, I had to screw in multiple loose screws. Then when we tried to flip over they ripped out tearing the underside of the top. I posted to seller but no response so we finally just purchased a strong glue and new hardware and made it work as I assumed we wouldn’t get a refund due to no response. Don’t waste the money, I won’t again
