I purchased this gel nail polish remover to take off a stubborn gel manicure at home, and it worked better than expected. The product helps break down the gel polish so it can be removed without excessive scraping or damage to the nail surface. Application was straightforward, and it began working within a reasonable amount of time. After following the instructions, the polish softened enough to gently push off with a cuticle stick. It definitely made the removal process easier compared to soaking alone or using standard nail polish remover. The scent is noticeable, as with most gel removers, but not overwhelming. I recommend using it in a well-ventilated area and following up with cuticle oil or hand moisturizer, since it can be drying to the nails and surrounding skin. One thing I appreciated is that it helped reduce the amount of time and effort needed to remove gel polish at home, saving a trip to the salon. However, results can vary depending on how thick the gel layers are and how long the polish has been on. I actually like this gel polish remover. I've used it for not only taking off nail polish but it works fantastic on pine sap and gorilla super glue that I had gotten on my hands.

This stuff is amazing for removing tough nail polish! My regular nail polish remover took forever to get off my more stubborn, high-quality polishes. This stuff is so much quicker! Forewarning though, it also removes any oils on your nails and can dry them out very quickly. Though, this has been super helpful for creating a solid base for adhering my gel polish! Will be buying again when it runs out.

This nail polish is GREAT! It doesn’t smell horrible. It does work well for air-dry nails - even thick coats of glitter polish. Some of my polishes are gel air-dry polishes, and this does work well for those. I’m not sure if it would work on uv cured gel nails. It seems to evaporate a little more quickly than the original Cutex remover. I poured a small amount onto a cotton makeup pad, held the pad on each nail for 30 +/- seconds, and the wiped the polish off. I like that it works well without being so harsh on my natural nails! It arrived when scheduled. The reason for the point deduction is that the seal at the top of the bottle was glued to the bottle. I absolutely could not get it off without it tearing into several pieces. At that point, the replacement seal (under the lid) was not useable. As a result, if the bottle falls over it leaks horribly! I didn’t notice that I had knocked it over and a whole bunch of my bottle had spilled out - even with the lid tightly secured. (The 2nd photo shows how much I lost out of the bottle) I’m going to have to fold-up aluminum foil to the thickness needed under the lid to prevent the spillage. Otherwise, I would have rated this product a solid 20!

I’ve been looking for a gel polish remover that actually works without destroying my nails, and this Cutex formula is wonderful. I use it with my Sally Hansen gel nail colors, and I am so impressed with how well it performs. Unlike other removers I’ve tried that leave my nails feeling dry, brittle, or damaged, this one is much gentler. The best part is how easy it is to use—I don’t even need to soak my nails for a long time. I just saturate a cotton pad, apply it to the nail bed, and the gel polish wipes right off in just a few strokes. It’s been a lifesaver for my routine. If you’re looking for something that is effective, fast, and won’t harm your nails, I highly recommend this!

It’s nail polish remover. It does its job. Claims to be ultra-powerful for hard to remove glitter, gel, and dark colored polish. I tried it on dark colored polish that had several coats and I didn’t find it to be much more helpful than any other nail polish remover, but I didn’t use it on any of the other types, so maybe it’s better for gel and glitter polish. I would buy it again, regardless. It’s a good nail polish. It does the job.

This polish remover removes tough to remove nail polish in an instant. For that, I love it. But it’s also drying and, if you don’t wash your hands immediately after use and use something like a nail restorative cream, it can make the surface of your nails dry and even a bit rough. It’s not enough to stop me from using it. With other polish removers, it was taking a lot of time and polish removers to remove polish. But I am extremely careful with how I use this highly effective polish remover.

Gets my nail varnish off perfectly first time every time it’s great.

Off course, this liquid is too expensive to remove normal nail polish with it, but if you have gel polish on your nails, it is worth that! I easily removed UV gel polish from my toes and fingers follow-through the instructions written on the bottle
