Quality product
Bought to put work stuff in as back biking after some time away (25 years, eek) It does the job very well, and I got a lot of stuff in it. The bag was comfortable on the shoulders, and the chest fastener seemed to make a difference when fastened, as well.

Good size for what I need it for. Stiching has come away a bit at top of one shoulder strap but been used alot for a while now. Will just stitch it myself to strengthen it.

Good backpack, I was unlucky and one of the zip ends came
The backpack was fine, but one of the zip ends came off within a couple of days. We were away and couldn’t return, so now it will stay like that. The zip still works.

Wife's review: got this for my husband as a gift to replace one that got lost in the floods, its a great rucksack great size holds alot of shopping, well made the zip was great and always did up and bever got stuck so was a good thong and he found it was comfortable to wear ,he was very pleased with it found it to be great value and would perfectly purchase again
