Great Customer Service
I generally don't write reviews, but I wanted to express my thanks to this company for their great customer service. Over the holidays, I ordered this brand and one other to try out for making vanilla extract. The beans in the package I received were so brittle and dry, they were unusable. I directly messaged the company just to let them know. To my surprise, they sent me a replacement package right away and the beans were just perfect. I'll have no hesitation in buying from this company in the future. Customer service like this makes a difference.

Great vanilla beans
These are excellent beans to make homemade vanilla with. I had enough beans to make 9 (6 oz) bottles for Christmas. They came vacuum sealed so they were not dried out.

Perfectly plump
These were so plump, fresh and soft. You could smell the vanilla as soon as you opened the outer wrapping. My homemade vanilla has never tasted better.

the beans were drier that expected
I can't judge the flavor because I'm making extract so I won't know for weeks. The beans were smaller than expected but having never purchased these before, they probably are right size. They seemed kinda dry and were tough to cut and split. If the extract tastes good I will buy again

My first order from this company was a strong 5 stars. However, my second order is knocking my rating down to a 3 star. My second order came in small, thin and a bit on the dry side... completely the opposite quality from my first order.

I love these beans !! So soft and fresh I made the best vanilla bean paste for gifts for my baker friends They loved it !! Nothing wasted you blender all the beans vs using just the inside of the beans...if your a baker you may want to Google how to make it super easy...enjoy
