I generally don't write reviews, but I wanted to express my thanks to this company for their great customer service. Over the holidays, I ordered this brand and one other to try out for making vanilla extract. The beans in the package I received were so brittle and dry, they were unusable. I directly messaged the company just to let them know. To my surprise, they sent me a replacement package right away and the beans were just perfect. I'll have no hesitation in buying from this company in the future. Customer service like this makes a difference.

I use these vanilla beans to make my own vanilla extract. These beans smell incredible and make the most delicious vanilla extract. I’ve also used them to make vanilla syrup for coffee. The beans are very strong so they do a great job of adding vanilla flavor.

vanilla beans were not in vacuum sealed bag. However, beans were still moist. I was really surprised to see that 1 vanilla bean was already cut with the caviar missing.

Excellent vanilla beans! Plump and fresh. I make my own vanilla extract with Svedka vodka, 50 beans to 1.5 liters vodka. Should be ready for gifts by the holidays!

I have been using these fresh for a year and I just bought the two other brands to make vanilla. The native vanilla beans have a slight smoky scent and the fit clean, have a fruity base scent. The vanilla bean kings just smell like vanilla. I would like to use the native vanilla for my next batch. To me they are favored for their scent above the other two.

My first order from this company was a strong 5 stars. However, my second order is knocking my rating down to a 3 star. My second order came in small, thin and a bit on the dry side... completely the opposite quality from my first order.

I love these beans !! So soft and fresh I made the best vanilla bean paste for gifts for my baker friends They loved it !! Nothing wasted you blender all the beans vs using just the inside of the beans...if your a baker you may want to Google how to make it super easy...enjoy

Nice vanilla for making my own vanilla extract

I bought 3 packs of these 25 packs. Most of you doing extract will be concerned about the weight vs. the bean count. The ad says these are 60grams. Well the actual packs averaged 83.5 grams (range of 81g to 88g) which includes the vacuum pack plastic. The net weight of the beans averaged 77.3 grams (range of 75g to 81.8g). 6.2 grams of vacuum pack plastic in each pack. So I'm guessing 60g of beans per pack is the minimum. The beans were all soft and supple and smelled fantastic.
