Durability which it definitely has.
I love the material. You can swing this thing and it will not slip from your hands. You can easily bend it with no problem, but feels like very strong material. It's an a must for me and my wife.

This therapy bar does serve its intended purpose of continuing my physical therapy at home, but it is not as nice as the ones at my PTโs office. It does work, but I feel like Iโm asking a lot of it in performing simple exercises, and the resistance has decreased with continued use.

Surprisingly effective
This made a big difference using it every day for about five minutes with my tennis elbow. Amazing to have something so affordable and easy do the trick!

The Bar is well made and the instructions are clear. However, the one that I purchased is much more difficult to bend than the one that I used during Physical Therapy
