I've been using self-tanner for several years. I've been mostly happy with what I've been using (Jergens Natural Glow Instant Sun Tanning Mousse) I think it's a bit expensive for how quickly it gets used up so I thought I'd try something else. After using the b.tan Face & Body Clear Self Tan Gel for only two days, I can tell you there is NO comparison! This is by far superior to anything I've ever used! Even better than the very expensive brands at approximately $30 for a mousse that doesn't last long. This goes on so well, is moisturizing and in my opinion, has no odor at all! I have no blotches, no streaks, it's not orange at all and it looks incredibly natural. Do yourself a favor and "add to cart!"

I love the self tanning foam from b.tan. So I Thought that this gradual self tan would be just as good however it was not. It made me orange, very streaky and spotty, And it’s sticky. Would not recommend, It does not work nearly as well as the foam tanning. Definitely a product you want to avoid if you want a nice clean natural tan.

I had my doubts, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the nice tan and the ease of use. Yes, it does have a slight odor like any other tanning product, but it is very faint. I love that it does not color off on my clothes!

This definitely wasn’t for me. I was hoping to do something a little more natural than a tanning bed/tanning outside and something less messy than spray tan. I’m very pale and have fair skin with cool undertones so I got the light/medium tint. I’m so glad I didn’t go darker than that. I only put on one coat last night and my body is a whole shade or two darker than before. Unfortunately, a bit of an orange shade. Not to mention streaky and splotchy. Another issue for me was it burned my skin like I had a sunburn. I’ve never used a product like this before, but I’m pretty sure it’s not supposed to irritate my skin as badly as it did. The second worst part about it was the stench. I applied lotion before applying the tanner because some of the reviews said to do so. Shortly after I applied the tanning gel, which didn’t have much of a smell when first applied, my whole body began to small awfully. I don’t even know how to describe the smell, but needless to say I applied another coat of lotion after the tanning gel dried and I STILL could smell the gel. The stench didn’t fade until the following evening, and that might just be because I’ve become nose blind to it. I’m hoping that after I shower tonight the smell will completely go away and some of the orange streaks will fade. The only good things about it are that it’s fast acting and didn’t seem to stain my clothes. Either way, I’m definitely returning it.

I am new to the self tanner world, and am also a very low maintenance girl. I wanted a little bit of color without having to spend hours shaving, exfoliating, and staining my sheets or clothes. Is the color a bit on the orange side? Yeah, a little. But its not like an in-your-face orange. I think its more a matter of preference. I'm sure there are plenty of products that give you a deeper, more toasty looking tan. This is exactly what it says - "glow" If you want a little sun-kissed color without a deep tan or a big commitment to a new beauty routine, this is a great option. I read some reviews and applied it for the first time immediately after putting lotion on. I applied it using circular motions in small areas, rubbing it in until it no longer felt wet. And I was pleasantly surprised with the results! I have a nice, healthy glow so I don't look washed out in all the cute summer clothes I just bought. As far as the smell goes, I'm very sensitive to smells. There is no immediate odor, but after it sits on your skin for a few hours it does develop a typical self tanner smell. BUT it is no where near as offensive as the Jergens lotion. I had to shower that off immediately because the smell was making my eyes water, and it clung to my couch and chair too for weeks afterward. A day afterward I don't notice any smell at all after rinsing off in the shower after about 8 hours of letting it develop. Overall, very happy for what it is and for the price!

This is the best self tanner I have ever used. So glad I bought it. It's like a thin gel. Goes on easy, smooth and NO sticky feeling. Dries very quickly. Natural gradual tan. I used to buy Sol mousse but not anymore as that left a tacky feeling. All I have to say is buy it you won't be disappointed. 😊

Usually I love b.tan products, but I’m not a fan of this one. While I was extremely careful during application, my tan came out patchy and streaky. Some patches of my skin were extremely dark, while others hadn’t tanned at all. I also have random stripes on my arms and legs. I’ve used several tanners, including b.tan foam, before and have never had a tan turn out like this. Very disappointed in this product.

Great self tan for a beginner! This is my first time trying self tanner and I love this product and will be repurchasing. Gives a natural soft glow that isn’t too orange or too dark. Goes on clear and is moisturizing and there is NO TRANSFER or staining. I did some skin prep prior and I believe it was worth it (exfoliate, shave, exfoliate). I also watched a video and the person said to rub it in until it’s almost dry to prevent streaking and patches and I didn’t get any of that. I have attached photos and i had to put bandaids on my knees so those areas didn’t get tanned but its a good reference for the colour difference.

Quando ho acquistato il prodotto risultava che il flacone era di circa 400 ml (vedi screen) invece mi è arrivato il flacone da poco piu di 200 ml. Adesso riguardando l'inserzione noto che in effetti dall'immagine dell'articolo si vede che la confezione era piccola ma al momento non avevo fatto caso. Tolgo una stella perché anche se il prezzo di acquisto corrisponde al prezzo medio del flacone piccolo le informazioni sono ingannevoli e si contraddicono. Aggiornerò la mia recensione non appena proverò il prodotto.

Streaks not happy

I found that this works really well. Waychbtjose knees and ankles people! It get sticky the. Dries. It does give you the “Doritos” self tanner smell. It was a. U e thick gel atgthe end of summer whwn I stopped using it, and over the winter, what used to be clear gel has turned into a yellow, watery liquid. I tried it on a test area and it still works. Just watch because it squirted all down my bathroom wall and on the floor. You definitely need a mitt for this.
