Dryzone Mould-Resistant Emulsion Paint Brilliant White

The Dryzone Anti Mould Paint is absolutely worth it! The brilliant white emulsion gives a clean, fresh look, and the mould-resistant formula truly works. I applied it in a damp-prone area, and even after months, there’s no sign of mould returning. It’s easy to apply, dries quickly, and provides a smooth, durable finish. The fact that it offers up to 5 years of mould resistance makes it a great long-term solution. I painted an year before still looks good. Delivered on time and well packaged, no damage to the product. Gives good coverage, I bought this to deal with mould on bathroom ceiling, hopefully it will eliminate the problem going forward. It's transformed our bathroom, now looks fresh again. Definitely use in a well ventilated room ie wide open window. Be aware the odour does last for a couple of days but hopefully it's worth while time will tell. Fingers crossed it will be good buy to mould coming back...early days so fingers crossed. Pricey for the size of tin but if it does the job then well worth the it...

I was extremely surprised how good the coverage is on this paint, even after the first coat to a bathroom ceiling that had a lot of dark mould/condensation marks on it. It dried quickly so I added a second coat within a couple of hours. I should have left it at that but decided to give it a third coat for extra brightness the day after and this was a terrible mistake! The paint bubbled terribly and all started to hang off and peel. I had to remove it all, sand down the ceiling to get any left over traces off and start all over again. Noting this time I just did the recommended two coats only! To say the tin isn’t that big it did go a long way! It is also quite watery but easy to use, it won’t drip. My bathroom isn’t very big but I did 5 coats with this tin and there’s still some left. I would recommend it as the coverage is extremely good, just don’t make the mistake I did and attempt a third coat! I’ve added some pictures to show the before and after. It’ll be interesting to see if the damp marks come back in the winter again or if this does live up to its 5 year protection as stated in the description! It is quite expensive for the size of the tin but used correctly the results are excellent! I would recommend and I’ll definitely buy it again!

Great product covers well, have yet to give it a second coat as tin says quick drying but doesn't give any indication how long!! So I am leaving it 24hours for the second coat to be applied. Overall very pleased.

I used this paint in a bathroom that often struggles with mould, and it does the job. The coverage is decent — one litre was enough for a small area, and the finish feels durable once dry. It applies smoothly and leaves a protective layer that gives confidence it will last. The main drawback is the value. For the size of the tub, it feels expensive compared to standard emulsion paints. If you only need to cover a small section, it’s fine, but for larger areas the cost adds up quickly. Colour-wise, it’s not a pure bright white — more of an off‑white with a slight yellow tint. That may matter if you’re trying to match it with other paints. Overall, it’s effective at preventing mould and gives peace of mind in damp spaces, but you’re paying a premium for the specialist formula. If the pure white colour is an issue, can use this as a base to prrvent mould, and paint over it with a pure white paint of your choice.

Nice price,great product. Purchased to use ina bathroom that has previously had a mould problem. To date it seems to be working, functional, easy to apply,colour as expected,great cover & well worth the money ! Very pleased.
