Stuff In Open Spots! It Works!
Since I put this around areas that might be allowing mice into my house, I haven't had a mouse since!! It does rust, so if it gets wet, there is rust showing on parts of my house, but I'd rather have to take care of that than killing mice every week!

Effective, Easy to Use, and Plenty of Material
This stainless steel wool worked exactly as intended and was easy to use for sealing gaps and small openings around the house. The material is sturdy, easy to cut to size, and packs tightly into cracks where pests might try to enter.I also appreciated the generous 20-foot roll, which provided more than enough material for multiple projects. It feels durable and holds its shape well once installed. Overall, a simple but effective solution for blocking gaps and helping keep unwanted pests out. Great value and highly recommended!

Title: Rusts Easily, Not Stainless as Advertised. I feel I was lied to and ripped off.
I recently purchased the Stainless Steel Wool, Steel Wool Fill Fabric Roll, Gap Blocker Coarse Wire Hardware Cloth DIY Kit for Holes, Wall, Garden, Kitchen, Pipeline in Garage (20FT) from Amazon, and I must say I am quite disappointed with the product. The listing claims that it is stainless steel, but that couldn't be further from the truth.First of all, the description boasts about its effectiveness in deterring mice and blocking holes and cracks, but it fails to mention one crucial detail: this product rusts easily if it gets wet! Within a single night, I noticed that a magnet had a strong attraction to the steel wool, and the next morning, it was covered in rust. This completely defeats the purpose of using stainless steel, as rust can compromise its durability and effectiveness. The product is advertised as being made of high-quality metal fiber, similar to wool, which is supposed to be soft, thick, and flexible. While it does have those qualities, it's disheartening to see how quickly it rusts. Additionally, it claims that small animals can't chew through the steel fibers, but what good is that if the steel wool itself is prone to rusting and deterioration?Furthermore, the listing mentions that the steel wool can be easily cut to the desired size with ordinary scissors, which is true. However, it fails to mention the importance of wearing gloves when handling it. The steel fibers can cause injury if not handled with care, and this vital information should have been included in the description.Overall, I find this product to be misleading and not up to the standards I expected. It is not stainless steel as advertised, and the rusting issue makes it unsuitable for long-term use. I would caution potential buyers to consider alternative options that truly deliver on their promises. I hope the seller takes note of these shortcomings and rectifies them in the future.

Keeps the critters out but it does rust.
I used this around opening in air conditioning and crawl space to keep rats and mice out.On the downside it is rusting up after a few months exposed to moisture.

Keeps the pests out.
Uses it for rodent control in an exterior electrical AC duct. Worked great. I also foamed around it.
