Excellent quality
This item exceeded my expectations for the price I paid for it. Exceptional quality and style. I was also surprised with the weight of it. And it matched so well with my salt and pepper shakers and glass sugar dish that you would think that it was a matching set that I bought all together. Love, love, love it.

Nice old fashioned butter dish
Heavy duty, perfectly clear, and fits those abnormally tall quarter butters from Whole Foods. What more can I ask for? Husband said he wishes the handle was more of a ball for his giant sausages fingers to grip, but I think it’s fine lol.

Beats my old butter dish
The reason I bought this butter dish was because it has a "handle" on top. My old butter dish (pictured in front of new butter dish) did not have a handle and would slip out of my hand while removing it or returning it. The glass in both butter dishes is very strong so there was never any chipping or breaking so that was not an issue. The new butter dish has a larger "lip" around it so the butter stays in better. There is a two edged sword here because I bought the dish because it was glass and I could easily see when the butter was getting low. The downside is that, when you miss while putting the lid on or off you have to see the butter smeared on the side of the lid. I still prefer clear to a solid colored one.

Everyday Butter Dish
We're using this as our everyday butter dish at home, easy to clean in the dishwasher, fits our American west coast butter sticks no problem.

As described
looks like the picture. The handle looks nice, but the small size makes it a little awkward to pick up. My old one did not have a handle and it was easy to pick up. This new feature of a handle is a nice idea, but it needs to be slightly larger.

Best Butter Dish for everyone
This item replaced my delicate butter dish with a small handle. When a man with big hands wants to butter his toast, he can easily lift the lid. More important, it is beautiful.

It's OK, but has some problems
I wanted a butter dish with a flat tray for the butter to sit on and one that was clear glass so I can easily see when the butter is low. This seemed to fit my needs, but after using it for a week, I am putting it in storage and will likely end up giving it away. I read where some others noted that the dish is narrow enough that some of the butter gets on the lid. The idea of this didn't bother me and still doesn't. Where this became a problem for my household is that with the knob on the lid, you have to lay it on its side when you remove it from the tray to use the butter. And, if there is butter on the lid, it then gets on the counter. I'd thought I would prefer having a knob on the lid, but after experiencing that issue, I've replaced this dish with a new one that is both wider and doesn't have a knob on top of the lid so we can set it upside down on the counter when we are using the butter in the dish. This isn't a bad butter dish, but it isn't a great one.

Bonito y resistente
Se ve muy bonito y elegante. Tiene espacio hasta para una barra de 500 g. El vidrio es lo suficientemente grueso por lo que se ve resistente. Me encantó
