Q: Can somebody tell me how to increase the water pressure? Is there a restrictor I could remove?

I have not wanted an increase in water pressure, however, I have been told that there maybe an insert that can be removed, so it is best to inspect the device when you receive it. Water restrictions are different for each country so manufacturers do not list this information it is up to the consumer to eye-ball the device to inspect if there is a restrictor and remove it.

Q: How do you remove the water flow restrictor?

Are you saying you can only use the showerhead or the handheld? Restrictor? Water flow is good here and the Pan Showerhead is good.
