Why would anyone think these shower balls are small?

Rnoafmu's bath loofahs are vacuum-sealed to ensure optimal hygiene and cleanliness prior to usage. So it was shrank to a small size when we pack.

When will the loofahs be restored to its original size？

It will revert to its original shape after one or two uses.

Is the material soft and gentle on skin?

Although our shower puffs is made of soft and comfortable material, it will produce a rich foam and effectively distribute soap or body wash onto the skin, we still not recommend you use it for your face which is vulnerable part of our body.
