This lock box is large enough to fit my car keys into. It was difficult finding one that does. I had some issues with the first one I had getting stuck but the seller had great customer service and sent me a replacement.

The documentation suggests rotating the dials every several days to make sure they don't freeze up. LOL, this is for an emergency key should someone lock themselves out or forget to bring a key. It's easy to set your own combination and holds several keys easily. I like that it has a cover to keep rain and snow away from the dial. It installed easily. After another 6 months, I'll try to remember to edit/update the review, but so far, it is working well. It sure beats hiding a key under the door mat.

We have entered our codes repeatedly, used the clear function, and it remains locked and will not open! I am so annoyed that this is hanging on our doorknob uselessly and we can't remove it and there are no screws or anything on the outside to take it apart or dismantle it. So, I guess it's really secure... but it's locked us out of our own house b/c we cannot get our own key out of it!

I bought ten and all ten are defective. The number 1953 is my lock box code and every one has the nine not functioning. I've changed the number to be 1053 and that worked a few times and then that stopped working.The savings from the Kidde cost me my time to got back to the properties and install another lock box, and also some agents frustrated for wasting their time and not being able to get in. I had to use a saws-all to cut some of the boxes to get my keys. Real looser product;

This comes with clear instructions for setting your own combination, however, the actual steps are a bit picky. The latch has a tendency to stick and not close once you've opened the lockbox. Manufacturing quality control could be better.

It really help me, i always lock my self out, i used to call the complex management, they charge me $20 to unlock my apartment.Since i had this no more calls.

As a realtor, it is important to have boxes that stand up to being used a lot and, well, this one didn't. After a week of being on one of my listings, one of the little pins you turn to set the combo must have turn slightly from being used for really, not that long, and the entire box became useless. I had to scramble to get someone to the property to open it, have my husband saw'zall the lockbox off the door and then take a screwdriver and hammer to it to get the key back out. I'll stick to the old fashion dial combo for now...
