This power bank has been an excellent purchase. I actually bought two of them when they were on sale because we had some bad weather headed our way and I wanted a reliable backup power source in case the electricity went out for an extended period. Thankfully, they worked flawlessly. The slim design makes them easy to carry in a backpack, laptop bag, or even a larger pocket. Despite the compact size, they pack a lot of power and have done a great job keeping our devices charged when we needed them most. One feature I really like is that it offers both standard and fast charging modes, you can see the last digit circling around signifying "fast" mode. The fast charging option is especially handy when you're on the go and need to add some battery life quickly. While the power bank itself takes a few hours to fully recharge, it delivers plenty of power back to your devices. Another benefit for travelers is that you can plug your devices into the power bank and then plug the power bank into public charging stations or questionable outlets. That gives a little extra peace of mind when it comes to protecting your devices while charging away from home. It also automatically powers on and off when devices are connected or disconnected, which makes it very convenient to use. My only wish is that it included a built-in MagSafe charging feature, but that's a minor complaint considering how well everything else works. Overall, this is a compact, dependable power bank with plenty of capacity. Whether you're preparing for emergencies, traveling, or just need extra battery life during the day, it's a great addition to your gear.

Bought this to take on a 4 day hiking and camping trip so I could charge my Apple Watch and phone to track miles, check trail maps. The amount of charge this thing holds is great. Made it through the whole trip and still had 50% charge by the time I got home. It took about 10% to charge my phone, and maybe 5% to charge my Apple Watch. This unit is definitely on the heavier side, but compact enough and well worth the weight.

It worked very well at first. Kept the phones charged very quickly also charges Bluetooths, headphones, and tablets. The cables break very easily. I have two cords that have the wires to hang out if it is wildest charging I still have not figured that out. It is portable, but it is very heavy.

What can I say? It works great. Holds a charge.

Bought it 4/27/25, and just over a year to the day on 5/1/25, it stopped recharging. I know nothing lasts forever, but I was hoping to get more than a year out of it. Maybe I’m delusional.😅 I have another one of these exact items that's still working fine which I bought three months ago, so hopefully it lasts a year.🤷🏾‍♀️

This is a great battery pack. I was once able to charge my apple watch and macbook at the same time. Battery life is great.

This JUOIVI Power Bank is simply the worst power bank I have ever owned. First, it takes an exceptionally long time to reach a full charge. Second, for 20,000 mAh, it really does not perform to the level where I think it should. I have 10,000 mAh power banks that charge more efficiently. Finally, and most importantly, it stops charging whenever it feels like it. I guess it got tired from charging too hard and decided to take a break. For example, it might charge my phone up to 60% and then just stop for no apparent reason, while the power bank still have plenty of remaining battery. The company's troubleshooting guide helpfully tells me to unplug the USB and the plug it back in. Yes, that works. But the problem is that when I go to bed at night, I expect to wake up with a fully charged phone, not a phone that is at 60% because the power bank decided to take a break. The troubleshooting guide also tells you how to shut down and restart the power bank. I tried that a few times and it did nothing. I would return it, but did not start having these issues until around 5 days after the return window expired. I do not recommend this power bank at all.

I bought the power bank for running a lens heater for astrophotography. It has more than enough power to run my lens heater all night.

TOP Powerbank - mit entsprechendem Kabel ist mein Iphone Pro Max 16 in weniger als einer Stunde wieder komplett vollgeladen. Eine volle Powerbank reicht für ca 4 vollständige Ladungen. Die Akkustandanzeige ist sehr gut, allerdings ist sie auf Grund der großen Kapazität etwas schwerer. Aber das ist in Ordnung. Bisher die beste Powerbank die ich hatte und ich kann sie klar weiterempfehlen.

Really happy with this! Used at a festival - quite compact. Some have commented on the weight, but I thought it was ok. Worked brilliantly for my phone and neck fan at a festival. It recharges quickly, and charges items quickly too! Extremely happy with this purchase and highly recommend.
