Using this supplement to help with energy and have found this to be good quality. I will continue to use supplements from Alpha01. They are a very reasonable price too.

Great service, good product

Two a day.. one before bed and one in the morning. If you are using this for the first time, in the first couple of days there will be an increase in the removal of body waste.. brain fog will reduce of time and digestive transit will improve.

Capsules are easy to take and the packaging is neat and resealable. Feels like a well made product and good value for the amount you get. Happy with the quality and would repurchase.

I'm used to 7,000-8000mg of L-citruline malate. This in 2 capsules per 30-45 min before a workout is 3,000mg I felt almost nothing, didn't feel the energy pump boost I normally get with an 8k hit, this product is too underdosed for me I would need to take 4 capsules or more and that I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Best L-citruline is in powder form and like this with malate in it, it absorbs quicker directly mixed in with water. I could take the capsules apart, and pour them into my favourite beverage, but 4 capsules is kind of annoying to do. Reason malate is best with L-citruline is so that it absorbs faster and better into the body. It's called malic acid aka malate. I took 2 capsules, = 3g product with liquid before training. It didn't taste of anything, but I also didn't feel the boost sorry, this might be better for those not used to L-citruline malate higher than 3g per dose. In that case it may benefit you.

I bought this as I suffer terribly with the cold in my fingers. It's great.
