21V Cordless Tiller Cultivator, 2x4.0Ah Battery Powered Electric Garden Tiller, 360RPM Rototiller with 48 Steel Tines, 9.7" Width & 7" Depth, Lightweight Soil Tiller for Gardening,Green

A++! I don't generally write reviews on Amazon, but I must say, I'm pretty darned pleased with how this electric rototiller performs. It was easy to set up out of the box, and runs like a champ. Today, I rototilled my small vegetable garden, a plot of about 35 feet x 20 feet in size, and this tiller did a great job of macerating the soil down to the 8" depth claimed in the product description. The unit seems solid and well-built, and although my soil had a lot of rocks in the 2" - 4" or even 6" size, it powered through the soil beautifully, leaving it very finely tilled. I did have one larger rock get stuck in the tines, and had to use a hammer to get it out. All of the other rocks I encountered were spit out by the tiller. Despite hitting numerous rocks (and I hate to say, even a buried brick, and a buried T-stake!) - the tiller performed perfectly and was undamaged by those objects. The twin handles worked well to provide easy control. Yes, the tiller could bounce a bit when encountering a very tough section of soil or one of those buried rocks or other objects, but was easily controlled. Much easier to use than a gas-tiller, and it had plenty of power, and never bogged down at all (except when the one rock got stuck in the tines). I highly recommend this tiller, and it is a great bargain! Photo included to show the size of my garden.

Much better than expected for a cordless model. The motor sits low, and the tines grab well without jumping around. Lightweight but doesn’t feel unstable in compact or slightly damp soil. and the build quality feels solid where it counts. After several uses, the 48 steel tines show no signs of bending, and the compact 9.7" width is perfect for raised beds and tight garden rows. It's gentle on soil, breaking up crust and aerating without turning everything to dust or damaging nearby roots. Considering you get two 4.0Ah batteries with real runtime, the value for money is excellent compared to gas tillers at two or three times the price. If you need a light-to-medium duty tiller for home gardening, this one is an easy recommendation.

It’s good for small projects.

After years of struggling with a full size tiller, I decided to try a smaller one. I have 3 gardens areas and questioned if this tiller would get the job done. My husband assembled it in 20 minutes. It’s heavy enough to get the job done without bouncing me all over like the large tiller did! It comes with 2 batteries that charge quickly. I can easily do 30 minutes of tilling with each battery. No more shoulder trauma from pulling a cord to start! The times seem very durable. I am more than pleased with this tiller!

Just love this product. Light enough that I am able to handle without any issues. Starts right up. No having to pull a cord to get it started. Just a push of a button and it tills away. Should have bought one a lot sooner! It also comes with two batteries so you can have one charged and ready to go if the first battery is used up. Digs up the ground with ease. Product is sturdy and the perfect size. The handle on it adjusts up and down.

Used very lightly but a root jammed the tines so I think the thermal protector failed because it will not run under any kind of stress without turning off after 10-20 seconds. No reset button for the thermal protector??? It ran ok when it was working but essentially it is junk after taking it apart. BTY there is no customer or tech service.

This thing is Awesome! Super powerful. It reaches down, grabs a rock then tosses it out and keeps on going, it's amazing. However Super hard almost cement like dirt it's not as good.

Folks, this big thing fit in that small compact box. Protection is acceptable as each piece (4 pieces) is wrapped thoroughly with 1-2 pieces of extended bubble wrap (the batteries (2) more so at 3 pieces each and solidly wrapped for protection). It’s “Light” given the weight of the blades, but the balance was executed and taken into account quite well when taking its use into account. Batteries are well built, and the charger, albeit light and cheap feeling, is solid and holds a solid connection with a audible click to inform you the battery is solidly connected. No farm work to use this on around my house, but living on clay, makes good and helpful work breaking into and helping make sure bald spots can get some grass seeds laid and sewn into the ground instead if just being blown out as soon as I place them. 6/5 purchase. Look forward to future creations from this company!
