Ken Hom 32 cm Carbon Steel Performance Steel Non-Stick Wok, Black

As confirmed WOK users both my husband and I would say this is the best we have ever had over 30 years. Ordered urgently as a replacement for a damaged (lining pealing) fairly new wok we have just cooked a Chinese New Year feast for 7 friends and this wok was a pleasure to use. Cleans easily with just a wipe for most things but a quick hot dip and a rub (after sticky noodles and vegetables were left whilst we had the duck pancakes!). Also the flat base made it super stable although, with a 5 position hob, we did have to watch where the handles were to ensure they didn't burn over other burners. Ken Hom rocks.

I wasn't too sure of this product when I ordered it, as I've just had a new cooking top fitted and was afraid it would scratch the ceran. I needn't have worried, the bottom of this wok is supersmooth, it looks well made and doesn't show any signs of use after cooking with it for 3-4 weeks. The handle would have been nicer to touch if it were wood, but never mind. Good purchase, would buy again.

If I'm doing a stirfry, I like to cook all the veg in a big wok and the meat separately in a small one and this is the perfect size for that, or for frying things like mushrooms or peppers as a side dish. It's a good weight and feels like it's good quality. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is that I've only been using it for a month, so I've still to see how long the non-stick will last, but it's looking good so far.

This is my first wok, decided to buy a small one because I live alone and only cook for myself. Wish I had bought a bigger one because once you have all your ingredients inside, the tiny wok is overloaded. Not very easy to clean after about 10 uses. I followed instructions but still get burnt bits at the bottom that I can’t remove by washing. Next time I’ll buy a more expensive one and do more research. But great first wok for starting out

Really good quality wok, cooks absolutely anything perfectly. It's a great size for when I'm cooking for one. Cleans with just a wipe too.

Only used my wok a few times and only with wooden utensils so I truely wonder how these scratches on the bottom has been made. It’s a mystery to me but here they are. I was very pleased with the pans size, light weight and overall performance but the coating must be intact and not like this. I will have to through it out already even I only used it for max 10 times. All my other pans with similar coating are still perfect and intact even after years of use. This coating on this product is very low quality and in my opinion the company must be ashamed for producing such a lousy product. The pan / wok in design and performance is great only a total waste they did such a bad job with the coating. As long as they - the company do not change this this product is not worth buying. I hate poor quality especially on items you should be able to use on a regular basis.

I bought a 12" wok which was too big. This 8" is perfect for one or cooking meats on their own. It is nice and deep, has a good balance and appears well made. It warms up very quickly and holds a surprising amount of food. Perfect for me, and worth the little extra for the quality.

Did not realise just how huge it was when I ordered it but wanted a bigger wok for batch cooking and despite being overwhelmed initially by the size it has definitely come.in handy, I can finally move food around in it without cooking in smaller batches

Dimensioni per single/preparazioni separate!! Io adoro tutto ciò che è saltato in padella, lui no! In wok più grandi rischiavo di bruciare tutto perché erano mezzi vuoti....

attaché à la première utilisation, la marque n'est jamais partie et donc fait attacher à chaque nouvel emploi. la base est trop petite à mon goût, du coup assez instable ..

Après avoir été utilisé 5 fois, la couche anti-adhérence ne marche plus et, pire, commence à se détacher. In fini, ce modèle n'est pas mieux qu'un wok que j'ai acheté dans un magasin "toc" pour 3 euros il y a 6 ans et que, malheureusement, j'ai mis à la poubelle il y a quelques semaines. Conclusion: le descriptif est une mensonge, et j'ai du mal à imaginer que le "non-stick" puisse résistera à des ustensiles de cuisine en métal.

Wenn i9ch den Kleinen WOK gesehen hätte, also in der Hand gehabt hätte ich ihn für für Geld nicht gekauft. Allerdings war meine Intention gerade einen kleinen Wok zu haben damit ich nicht so viel Fett beim Braten brauche. Für eine Person machen ich immer zu viel weil der große WOK das essen wenig aussehen lässt. Aber jetzt habe ich ihn zu hause, abgewaschen usw. betriebsbereit. Dann habe ich mir zwei Würstchen gebraten, ich war erstaunt wie schnell das Fett heiß war (Induktionherd) Es hat deshalb auch sehr gespritzt. Was vorher nie war ich konnte mit 80Grad weiter braten. Erst mal den Kopf in die Schränke und von einem anderen Topf einen passenden Deckel genommen. Heute Abend habe ich mir zwei Eier gebraten, war auch ganz in Ordnung weil es nicht so auseinander lief und es hat wirklich nicht geklebt, alles ist alles aus der Pfanne heraus gegangen. Was ich nicht kapiert habe ist ob die Pfanne in die Microwelle darf? Wenn ja dann sollte der Griff so gestaltet sein das er leicht abzunehmen ist. Sonst bin ich sehr zufrieden, sollte was negatives auftreten werde ich einen Stern weg-radieren.

Está muy bien. Muy práctico cocinando para una persona, o quizás dos. Funciona sin problemas en placa de inducción. Buen recubrimiento antiadherente, no se pega nada. Muy satisfecho con la compra.
