Best mobility scooter ever!
I bought this Spacewalk Mobility Scooter exactly one month ago, June 28, 2025. I ride in the bike lanes to get where I need to go. A lot of sidewalks have lots of cracks and sometimes sidewalks end and then you are forced to go over a curb. I look for shortcuts. I went to wallmart today, and it was an easy, smooth ride. I sold my car, so these are my new wheels. It's been sunny here, so I need to see if I can get something to cover the electrical components so I don't damage anything. I removed the arm rests and rear basket so I can board a bus much easier. Highly recommend doing that. I bought that green tote bag to put my grocery items in. It holds a lot. I bought it here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DPL585PQ?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 I wanted to pass along some tips. Always, always keep all of your knobs tight so everything stays in place. I'm short, so I want the handlebars closer to me. Tighten! Otherwise, it will jiggle around. You can probably hear that in the video. I find that using the tote bag is much easier for shopping. It's right in front of me. I can stand up and walk about one city block, so I am not totally immobile. I deliberately sold my car because I was putting too much money in it. I turned around and bought this scooter. I love it. I charge mine overnight. It will go 12 miles on a full charge. Don't get stranded. I love the lever to switch it to push mode. That's how I get into my small 1 bedroom apartment. It doesn't have an extremely tight radius for turning, so plan when you turn or back up. I didn't think it was worth dropping 1 star for this because I believe it was designed for safety. We don't want the scooter to topple over! All the videos I saw about this scooter just showed people driving it on their driveways, but I use it to get to stores that are within the distance capacity (round trip). My Walmart is only 2 miles :-) Highly recommend!

Replacement battery cost is unaffordable.
I had this shipped to my elderly mother 13 months ago. That’s how long the battery lasted - 13 months. No luck searching for a manufacturer replacement battery but found a battery that would work at $200 bucks on Amazon. In this scooter, they seal two inexpensive lead acid batteries inside a suit case so that non mechanical people (my mom) can’t replace the batteries cheaply and easily. So you’re stuck paying inflated prices to get another plug and play suitcase battery. At the time I only paid $350 for the scooter, I believe, so rather than spend another 200 on this thing I opted to just buy a better scooter (Vive 4). Yes, it’s still a suitcase battery in the Vive 4 but it’s a better scooter and the replacement battery is very easy to find and somewhat cheaper. In my opinion, this Spacewalk scooter is disposable. Off to the landfill it goes. Good luck.

The scooter is perfect for me and my dog Harrison. I am anticipating back surgery soon and i am unable to walk far.. I can take my dog out now for a spin and he loves it. This was a great buy. I would buy again from these people. deb

What a turd on wheels!
What a piece of trash! I can not remember any other time when I felt more cheated and robbed! This turd on wheels quit working on my fifth usage. I will never trust Amazon or Spacewalk scooters again. It would be different if I were not on disability and could just buy something else. As it is, I am out the $389.00 and can't afford to buy a replacement. I hate this company, Amazon and my life.
