Great quality
I got the boxer in camouflage. I Wanted it for hunting. I received it earlier than expected. It was very easy to assemble. It is very comfortable to ride the seat and handle bar grips are comfortable. It’s easy to handle. It was more than expected. It has lots power and speed. I rode it through the woods where I hunt at which usually takes me anywhere from a half hour to 45 minutes of walking it took me around 10 minutes and I wasn’t sweating . It was smooth riding through the trails and the fields with ruts from years of overgrown grass from logging trucks. It makes it nice in the morning and in the evening to know that you don’t have a half hour or so to get back to my hunting spot or to my truck after a long day of hunting. I would recommend this bike to anyone for hunting or just riding in nature. Everybody at customer service was very nice. Answered all my questions and got back to me either a phone call or an email not too many companies are like at. I can’t wait for every hunting season, knowing that it’s going to be more time spending in the woods instead of walking in and out . It’s Worth the money, knowing that it’s built with Quality and last. I’m 50 years old and 5 foot six and it fit me perfect .The weight of the bike isn’t bad either for electric bike. Thank you Puckipuppy for a great bike. Keep up the good work. And thanks for making my hunting days easier . Happy Hunting!

This bike is a beast!
I purchased the PuckiPuppy Boxer bike on May 28, 2024 (3 months ago), and I'm thoroughly impressed. I use my bike 2-3 times a week to commute to the co-working office and a monthly “friends” ride to grab lunch or coffee in neighboring towns . This electric bike is truly a beast, combining sturdy construction with impressive speed. First, the build quality is outstanding, the welds are top notch, the gears and brakes are from industry leading manufactures. The bike feels solid and well-constructed, bringing confidence even for a larger rider like myself. At 6'4" and 220 lbs, I was initially concerned about finding an e-bike that could handle my size, but the PuckiPuppy Boxer delivers in spades. The 4" tires are massive, providing excellent stability on all terrains. Despite its robust build and 70+ pound weight, this bike is a speed demon. On flat surfaces, I've maintained speeds of 26 MPH on flare surfaces, (30+ downhill) and even on steep hills, it maintains an amazing 15 MPH. The 14-speed gearing is a nice feature, but honestly, in pedal-assist mode, I rarely find myself changing gears. The powerful motor is more than happy to do all the heavy lifting, making for a smooth and effortless ride. Surprisingly, the battery life is another strong point. I've taken trips over 40 miles and still had 2+ bars left on the battery indicator. This impressive range gives me the confidence to take longer rides without worrying about running out of juice. Setting up the bike was straightforward, thanks to the easy installation process and excellent instructional videos provided by PuckiPuppy. For any questions I had, the support team was incredibly responsive and helpful, addressing all my questions promptly. In conclusion, the PuckiPuppy Boxer is an exceptional e-bike that combines power, durability, and comfort. Whether you're a larger rider like me or just someone looking for a reliable and powerful electric bike, the Boxer is definitely worth considering. It's not just a bike; it's a beast on two wheels.

2nd E-bike from Puckipuppy
This is my 2nd Puckipuppy e-bike. I am very pleased with the quality of the e-bike. I bought the Boxer version this time and find the ride to be a little smoother than my other older (2023) model (Labrador) style. I mainly ride street surfaces, not trails, so it is more comfortable with the lower shock placement. I am happy to see they added a water bottle holder to the models. Last years model that I have didn't have this option. My range is exactly the same as my older version. Just a few out-of-the-box issues I needed to deal with, but very minor. Their customer service has been extremely helpful and very attentive to my needs. Pros: They added fenders and a rear bike rack to this model. My older version had neither and i get pretty wet when riding through any puddles. Very pleased about this, as now I am not getting streaks up my back from the tires flinging water. My only complaint if even one, is that I got a flat in less than my first 45 miles. Had the same issue with my older model. I just think the tires and tubes are too thin. Just my opinion. I have already replaced and upgraded both front & rear with heavier duty tubes and tires. Could be the debris on the streets here in S. Florida (glass etc.) I would suggest either upgrading them or at least adding a Slime type product to help seal any punctures. And a very minor issue - and may just be applicable to me, the cell phone holder provided, while it goes wide enough the holder tabs are very shallow, so any phone with a case might not fit completely. My case is a pretty thick durable one, so might just be me:-) Other than that, get ready for people to talk to you about the bike. Especially the orange model like I have, It really stands out. I've had many people talk to me about both models I have. They like the rugged look of the bike and the range I tell them I get. But that is subject to each rider. Overall I am very pleased and would highly recommend the e-bike if you are in the market for a fat tire e-bike.

The PUCKIPUPPY Boxer: My New Best Friend!
So, there I was, eagerly awaiting the arrival of my PUCKIPUPPY Boxer Electric Bike. Amazon said it would take three weeks, but lo and behold, one week later, it was at my doorstep. Ready to ride, I set out to assemble the contents of this beastly box. The assembly was a breeze. I’m no Bob the Builder, but this bike practically put itself together. I was ready to hit the trails around St. George, Utah, which are just begging for a 1000W e-bike to zip along them. I couldn’t wait to take my new ride out for a spin. But then, I hit a snag. After plugging in my new best friend to charge, I noticed it wasn't powering up. Confusion set in. Did I break it already? Was it pouting because I didn’t give it a name yet? The assembly instructions didn’t cover this, so off to YouTube I went. Turns out, I had to remove the battery and turn the power switch to the "on" position. Who knew my e-bike had trust issues? It needed to be coaxed into life with a bit of extra attention. But hey, all good -relationships have their quirks, right? Since then, the PUCKIPUPPY and I have been inseparable. We’ve cruised the bike trails of St. George, and I swear I’ve never seen this town look better (or zipped past so quickly!). It's a sturdy ride, and the battery life is top-notch. Plus, it turns heads—who wouldn't want to check out a bike with a name as cool as PUCKIPUPPY? In conclusion, this e-bike is an absolute joy. Just remember to sweet-talk the battery into life, and you’re golden. Five stars, and I might even forgive it for not coming with a manual that mentions the on-switch. But honestly, what's life without a little mystery?

Best bike I ever owned
I love my bike. Buy this bike! It has been one of the best investment I have made into my bike riding fitness. The ride is so comfortable. Ease of use is wonderful. Putting it togeather was a breeze. I even got a follow call from the company Puckipuppy few days after my purchase for a check in about my purchase and address any questions or concerns in regards to the bike. If you looking for the perfect e bike that rides good, comfortable, and easy to operate> this is the bike for you. Stop searching and add to your cart, you won't regret it cause I haven't stop riding since I got it. Hope this review helps💪🏽

Exceeds my Expectations
I recently purchased the puckipuppy Boxer to take with me to the northern Utah mountains. As an avid outdoorsman we enjoy camping, fishing and riding our ATV/SUV. I especially like to ride alone early in the morning when the family is still asleep. Having enjoyed my mountain bikes in the past, thought I would purchase a E-Bike and see what the craze was all about. This new Boxer far exceeded my expectations in every category. It was quite, powerful and incredibly stable. I found myself riding further from camp each morning and to my surprise the battery lasted almost the entire week (about 68 miles) Thanks PuckiPuppy for quality built bike, super components and great looks. Can not wait to use it hunting next fall. One never knows.... but the Boxer may replace the Honda in future camps! warren

My pros and cons
The Puckipuppy Boxer is is my first ebike. I wasn’t looking for a top-of-the-line ebike and consider this a promising “starter” ebike. I’ll just jump right to my Pros and Cons. Pros: Fun to ride — for the most part. Powerful. No problem accommodating the weight of the rider and reaching higher speeds. Looks pretty cool. Easy to recharge battery. Relatively affordable. Oversized kick stand more than cable of supporting the bike. Cons: A bit challenging for one person to assemble (mainly due to weight and precise fit of a couple parts, but a couple steps in the instructions could have been much more clear) but I did it without too much trouble. Electrical plug-in connectors aren’t of the best design, so you have to be very precise with how they are positioned in order to successfully connect them. Very heavy. Would need to be a weight lifter to be able to hoist onto ceiling hooks if that’s your plan. If you just park the bike in your garage, you’ll need room for it. Difficult to grease/lubricate chain due to bike’s weight — a second person, or even better some kind of bike repair stand, would be super helpful. Tall, so not the easiest bike for a 5’8” guy to mount; shorter people may want to opt for the step-through model or one of the smaller models. PAS (Pedal Assist Sensor) go from 0 to 5 and manual gears go from 1 to 7, but when PAS is at 4 or 5, the manual gear at 7 isn’t high enough to continue peddling normally — it forces you to peddle abnormally fast in a ridiculous blur. Perhaps just as well, in order to “top out” the max speed the biker can attain. Have to get used to the 3- to 4-second lag for the PAS power to activate when you peddle. Bike would be even more fun to ride if it weren’t for this lag. The increase/decrease PAS buttons on the thumb control mounted on the left aren’t the easiest to find visually. Seat is wide and somewhat soft with built-in suspension bars, but it isn’t the most comfortable. Probably just my own experience and preference and the fact I’ve biked thousands of miles on another bike (non e-bike) with a more narrow seat. LCD display difficult to see. Headlight mount design is rudimentary for a $1,000+ bike. Smartphone mount is poorly designed and in my opinion useless. Rear wheel clicks audibly when going forward. Not sure if that’s part of the design or something needing to be fixed. Not terribly loud or anything. Rear fender didn’t prevent sand from kicking up and hitting the back of my neck. ALREADY HAD A FLAT TIRE (REAR) AFTER JUST 43.6 MILES ON THE ODOMETER! Confusing since advertisement states “puncture-proof.” Company sent a new inner and outer tire, but I’m afraid it is the same poor quality tire as the one the came with the bike. Consequently, I now have some trepidation when taking this bike more than a half-mile from home or vehicle. Not the most well-designed handlebars, as they induce wrist fatigue after just 10 to 15 minutes of riding. To be honest, while this Puckipuppy Boxer can be fun to bike on now and then, it’s made me appreciate my 35-year-old Trek 750 all the more, which I still have and continue to use. Top reasons for this are 1) nice and lightweight in comparison, 2) extremely easy to shift gears, and 3) I get more exercise.

Puke a pappy
If you're from Canada forget about it!!! Please don't buy it!!! , the bike first came in January 14 2025 fresh out of the box DOA the 2 pin power on wire hydraulic brake right cable was clear cut in half the bike actually look as if it's been used, they gave me 50$ to go to a local repair shop, Rule #1 for first beginner mistake!!! No shop will repair your electrical bike if you did not purchased it at there local store or if its not a Canadian well known brand name...when I confronted them they knew it ... And offer 100$ Up to 500$... begging me to keep the bike ?!?. Realising that this guy really underestimate me. I put the CPOQ *Customer Protection Office of Qebec* On this case after realizing that they broke all the rules. When i sent a formal notice with clearly each offense article number supported by the province of Quebec Authorities . They suddenly decided to reimbursed me in full and surprisingly to keep the bike!!! ( Wich later happened to be a poisoned chalice!!!) No company wants to have any problem with the law and the leaders But there was no winner because this accessories is unique for that type of bike I purchase other model it will not fit or power on and trying to get it from there usa store it's always back order sold out. So iam stock with 2350$ useless bike rottenning in my garage ....what's worsen this experience the year before. I purchase an unknown ebike brand with best buy same DOA + same modus operendis except they took the bike back... So it took me long to understand for that lesson to be made::: even if there more expensive purchase a well known Canadian brand !
