Affordable pectin!
Lacked use/quantity information but I measured an single box of surejell and used that as a guideline. It worked well.

WHY IS THERE SUGAR ADDED?????????
WTH, why does this contain added sucrose? And it says I can't return it... Awful. You should not be adding sugar to bare ingredients like PECTIN - people are buying THAT ingredient, we don't need you cranking the sugar up for no reason. That is so moronic. Since I can't return your bag of sugar-labeled-as-pectin, I have no choice but to leave a true and honest review to reflect your terrible product and bad return policy.

Perfect jam, works well for a large batch
This worked really well for a big batch of peach jam today! Sometimes pectin doesn’t perform well with large batches. I used 22 C chopped peaches, 2/3 C pectin, 1/4 C lime juice and 1 tsp butter. Combine and bring to a boil. Stir in 11 C sugar, bring to a hard boil. I’m at 4500 feet, so I boil for 90 seconds rather than 1 minute to get the consistency I want. Made 17 pints. Turned out beautifully and tastes delicious.
