Why is Amazon UK so incompetent in relation to deliveries and customer service?

I have never found Amazon to be incompetent

Would you say these shoes are true to size

I would say the sizing is slightly generous. I usually wear 7 and half, but find size 7 is comfortable

I’ve heard sketchers are very narrow fit. Can anyone advise how these boat shoe compare width wise to Clarks standard D fit?

I have a wide foot (think I used to be EE Clarks) and these sketchers were really comfy and not too small.
