If you passed your youth in a stereotypically English way, this drink may induce vomiting as you are transported back to a nightclub drinking round after round of vodka redbull. The taste is horrific. That being said - the boost and pump this gives you is insane. I stuck to 1 scoop, instead of the 1.5 recommended after reading the reviews, and feel this is sufficient for a solid workout. I mix with the micronised creatine (also supplied by Warrior because the myprotein stuff refuses to mix with water). I have tried C4 previously as a pre-workout and this is far more effective - and slightly cheaper! Get it!

I've tried so many pre work outs and this is my favourite. I had the energy flavour- granted it could be nicer in flavour, however its pre work out and you drink it fast, not nurse it! Gives you a burst of energy within 20mins. I did have a slightly lower dose than the suggested- but that is each to their own. It doesn't taste like chemicals it just tasted like a weak red bull. AND you can't complain for the price - completely affordable :)

Der Geschmack ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, erinnert aber an einen handelsüblichen Energy-Drink ohne Kohlensäure. Die Löslichkeit ist gut und das Produkt wird insgesamt gut vertragen – keine unangenehmen Nebenwirkungen, wie man sie von manchen günstigeren Boostern kennt. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Das Pulver neigt recht stark zur Klumpenbildung, daher sollte die Dose vor der Verwendung gut geschüttelt werden. Die Wirkung setzt bei mir nach etwa 20–30 Minuten ein, abhängig von der letzten Mahlzeit. Der Energie-Boost ist deutlich spürbar. Der Koffein-Kick fällt für mich allerdings etwas schwächer aus als aufgrund der angegebenen Werte zu erwarten wäre. Trotzdem liefert das Produkt eine solide und zuverlässige Wirkung. Fazit: Für den Preis kann man hier kaum etwas Negatives sagen. Wer sich an kleineren Schwächen wie dem Geschmack, der Klumpenbildung oder einem etwas milderen Koffein-Kick stört, kann natürlich zu Premium-Boostern greifen und dafür teilweise mehr als das Doppelte bezahlen. Für das gebotene Gesamtpaket ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis meiner Meinung nach aber wirklich sehr gut.
