Easy to use
This a great chainsaw for me - a 63 year old woman. This chainsaw is only around 10 lbs - so not hard on the lower back. There is nothing I don't like about it for a quick job. We have a big Sthil for larger jobs . For me doing quick clean ups it's perfect. Cuts well, no mixing gas and oil you only have to keep the chain oiler full. Easy to handle.

Returning and replacing
Unfortunately "my bad" was not checking the model # along with the size of the chainsaw. Ordered the correct size (16"), however does not fit my model. I'm sure it would have deserved a 5 star if I would not have messed up....HOWEVER....through the process, I did find out that I only needed to go to the Home Depot store down the road and pick up the "Oregon" brand for $4 cheaper!! Apparently, Oregon makes the Greenworks chains for them?

Buy The Correct Greenworks Replacement Chain
When purchasing the Greenworks 16 inch 40v chainsaw (model# 20312) on Amazon, they advertise chain oil and Greenworks replacement chain (model# 2904402) as frequently bought together. But, on Greeenworks website, this is the wrong chain for that chainsaw. Per Greenworks website the correct chain for this chainsaw is model# 2904602. I'm not sure if chain model# 2904402 will work with this chainsaw or not, but after purchasing the chainsaw, oil, and replacement chain, as advertised on Amazon, I will be contacting Greenworks customer service, possibly returning chain model# 2904402, and purchasing the proper chain, model# 2904602.
