i liked hat this was smooth against my skin and it didn't leave any lines for others to see if i wore it under my shirt or pants to work. it was also very affordable which was a great point and it held everything together in a nice compact way without feeling squished. my dislike was that it was hard to put on as it came up to my chest level but this could be to me being unexperienced in wearing garments like this but as with everything practice makes it better.

This shapewear suit would be very useful for those with what I'd call 'soft fat' most of which I have around my belly and chest and it did help with shaping those areas but those with firmer areas of fat would probably want something that wraps and hooks or has Velcro to adjust the tightness.

This product is very breathable and stretchy so you don’t feel stiff helps the back

I find that the descriptions and the pictures of the body suit is accurately described in the product listing. While the labelled sizing shown is not what is commonly found in the U.S., I find that at least the sizing chart included in the product information is accurate. When you first see it, it does look too small, but it does indeed stretch well to provide needed fit and compression. Excellent design in that it is one piece with no seams with bulky zippers/hooks that are easily noticeable through outer layer of clothing. The design is perfect for allowing for basic restroom use without having to undo everything.

Just like any body shaping garment, this one is definitely tight! Get ready to have all of your bits and pieces sucked in very closely. It works, and it’s slightly uncomfortable to wear, but what do they say about fashion, fashion is pain? Well, I wouldn’t necessarily say, pain, however, it definitely isn’t like wearing a nightshirt. It’s a body sculpting garment and it pulls you in and makes sure that the outerwear looks a lot better on you so it definitely does its job. You’ll be happy with the results.
