Great support
I bought four of these and the GPU was malfunctioning on one. I called their support and they were immediately able to take care of me by getting me a return label for the current GPU and will be shipping out the new one before Christmas. Just in time!

Garbage company
Purchased this computer for my son last Christmas. Computer was garbage right out of the box. Would frequently crash, unable to load anything on it. Completely ruined the excitement of Christmas that year. Many back and forth conversations with the useless employees of the company, and the owner that does not get back to you no matter how many times to attempt to contact them. They use inferior parts, they do not stand behind their crap "products" and it's basically a large paper weight. I'd suggest not buying from this company and go elsewhere. I'd give them 0 stars if it was possible.

Cheap and good quality
Great pc for the price. Almost worried it would show up with cheap parts, but everything looks good and it runs amazingly well! Able to run Minecraft at 60ish chunks no issues, Apex legends, and StarCraft so far. Highly recommend for a good, cheap, and reliable starter gaming PC

Great gaming PC
This gaming pc is super quiet, fast, and great quality. It is my second gaming pc and I have to say that it is worth every penny. It handles all of my games extremely well and the graphics are insane. Customer service from the seller is a huge plus. They answered all of my questions before and after my purchase. Super pleased with this purchase.

Absolutely terrible
This pc may look fancy at first but most of the components are horrible. Just to list a few problems, it has a completely obsolete motherboard by today's standards with a pretty weak processor, the ram has terrible speed, the ssd literally died while I was using it (luckily it had nothing relevant on it), the audio drivers stopped working within a few days of purchase, etc. It's much cheaper and more reliable to build a pc on your own because this thing will break down in a month or two

Impressed
Works great right out of the box. Plays steam games like Icarus and Sons of the forest on max settings. Really happy. The computer came well packaged and protected. Nice work ViprTech!!

Decent
The PC itself ran good, keeping up even with most of the high end games. Eventually it did not run to my liking and decided to switch CPU's and afterward discovered that the wrong CPU was given. It says Ryzen 5 3600 but a 2600 was given. Which is disappointing to learn especially after the return window. Overall it is a good system, it setup well and wasn't noisy or had any overall problems. Though for customer support or really any troubleshooting is difficult being that there is not much information on the actual Viprtech parts.
