This computer is very powerful and very fast. It is used for our Audio Sound System, projecting Easy Worship for our songs and scriptures, Live streaming our services using Restream, storage of our videos, and the normal word processing for our AV staff. Excellent product. We had a computer issue this past week and one computer group identifed it as being a hardware issue, BUT, it wasn't a hardware issue after all. One of our Church members works on computers and he helped us to find the problem and it was a software problem. He helped us to find the proverbial needle in the haystack which resolved the issue. We called ViperTech's Customer Service number and left a message needing help on Saturday evening. The problem was resolved on Sunday evening and I didn't think about the message left for ViperTech. Jordan, the Manager of ViperTech, contacted me on Monday to see if they could help me and he was very helpful and friendly. So he responded to me the very next business day and that is excellent! However we had resolved the problem, but he told me the best way to communicate issues if we had any in the future. Thanks Jordan and ViperTech.

Useless. Do not waste your time. It's a box that lights up, essentially. I seated the RAM and re-seated the graphics card as they were loose. Then I powered the computer on, but it refuses to send a signal to my monitors. I tried several different HDMI and DisplayPort cables and ports. I also tried seating the GPU in another slot or changing out the PCIE cables, but to no avail: it fails to connect to my monitors. It also fails to connect my mouse and keyboard no matter what USB port I try. Lastly, the back fan does not spin. Clearly no attempts were made on the vendor's side to deliver a workable product. They couldn't even be bothered to check the simple stuff like "does the screen turn on" or "does a mouse work". Oh but the pretty LEDs work! Yay!

Wish I'd done more research, but assumed the AMD Ryzen 7 2700 was an up-to-date chip, but it was actually produced in 2018, making this a 6-year-old processor. Also, I've since learned that ViprTech doesn't have the best reputation: such as that they apparently use refurbished parts in their machines, etc. Anyway, I may update this review after a few months. The machine runs perfectly, so I have no complaints. I use it as a media center PC, so primarily watch movies and TV with it, and the performance has been solid.

First you have to update the drivers for the graphics card but after that you are on your way to game land where everything is awesome. Seriously this PC is pretty nice for the price. I mean they could’ve used more gaming equipment instead of some cheap equipment, from out the box I had a Bluetooth issue where everything I connected seemed to disconnect every 5 to 10 minutes. From controllers to headphones so I reached out to Amazon. And they were trying to get me to return the pc and wait for 6 weeks until they release my money. Of course I said no and requested to speak with the manufacturer. From then on I began to leave a message so they can return the call which they did and the problem was a adapter that didn’t needed to be plugged in the motherboard has Bluetooth built right into it so it didn’t need the adapter Yay it works fine now I would’ve been mad if I sent the pc back and all I needed to do was to remove a adapter.

Bought this computer a year ago, the motherboard already needs replaced! The back usb port quit reading for no reason, the computer won’t let you play battlefield 6 without spending money on more upgraded parts! The only rthing decent in the computer was the graphics card! Save your money on this and spend the $200 more and buy the gaming PC at Walmart it is def better!

Purchase this computer 6 days ago. It has crashed 15 times since I set it up. It crashes when idle. it crashes when saving a file. I can find no common reason for the crashes. It also crashes games. Planetbase is unplayable. Grim Dawn is shaky. Exit the room, come back to a blue screen. When it does work, it lags on games. On the internet, the browser does not scroll smoothly. I have never had a computer act like this. I bought from a small company trying to avoid proprietary equipment. It has a proprietary motherboard. Customer support is terrible. I filed a report with them immediately. I didn't know they wouldn't contact a customer. You have to go to their website over and over again for their response. They won't send an email saying they have replied. That is on you. Not hearing from them, I wrote them again which they got uptight about and canceled my ticket. I had to start the process all over again. I am still waiting. I strongly advise against buying anything from them. It crashed trying to post this.

I’ve seen some bad reviews so figured I’d share my experience. Came packaged nice with all components mentioned installed except the plug in wifi. Also included a check list from assembly if test results. A few weeks in an everything functions as it should with no issue and it runs iRacing as expected (given a RTX 4060) with VR and on monitor. No complaints all around so far. Easily upgradable for future also. I would recommend it to others looking for a quick, affordable solution for similar style games.
