This is a plant based supplement which means it is absorbed more efficiently. A negative feature is that you need to take 4 of them to get the RDA. Also they are kind of pricey.

No irritating iron in this one!
I have been taking the Super Supplemental for a few years now. I don’t take 4 daily - usually only 2-4 of them. The original one I was using had Iron in it and it slows down the digestive tract, which was not a good combination with the other medicines I take daily that also slow the digestive tract. Was super excited to find this vitamin/food supplement made without the iron! I also take their other products such as the Magnesium Complex and the Adrenal Support. The magnesium stopped my restless legs! My doctor said to take a prenatal vitamin without iron, but I chose this instead because of the fruits/veggies added in.
