I have ADHD that went undiagnosed for years because I was not hyperactive. I learned coping skills throughout my life to help me be more successful, but certain things were an overwhelming struggle for me. This is not like typical medicine. It will not give you some kind of magic energy and it will not make you feel overly relaxed or sleepy like some herbs do. This simply made me feel more normal. The chemistry in my brain seems to be more stabilized using this. ADHD causes one to struggle with emotional regulation, and this has changed dramatically for me. Some do not realize that ADHD does not only affect learning, but can greatly affect your relationships, your ability to fit into social settings and to accomplish things at home and at work. This is something I have truly struggled with and there is no way a placebo affect could magically change this. I literally in my brain feel less overwhelmed by things, more capable of focusing and being productive, and am able to regulate my emotions like a "normal" person. Just doing the basic things in life can seem like a struggle for someone with ADHD because we lack the typical brain stimulation, but with these herbs, I feel more like a normal functioning person who can remember to do things, find the motivation and focus long enough to accomplish the task. My husband also noticed a major difference in me and is thankful I have found these. If someone does not notice a difference using this, I would consider that maybe they do not struggle with these same kind of imbalances and were just expecting some hyperfocus pill or maybe their symptoms are too severe to notice as much of a difference from these herbs.

I can say this is a good supplement, I felt much better, more energy and staying focus..

i take it about 30 minutes before i have class, a bunch of work, an exam, etc. it definitely helps me focus a bit better. don’t recommend taking more than 2 in a day, as this is where the headache can creep in

I have trouble absorbing and retaining information, had a class coming up for some training at work and was a bit nervous. Decided to try these for focus and attention all I can say is they work ! I don’t know how but they do! Will continue to purchase them .
