For what it is, 5☆'s. Your phone for what it's not.
5☆'s for every thing it claims. The ride is smooth, the battery is long lasting, 20 mph , 25 miles economy. What I love most about this scooter is the basket. I bought some heavy duty D-rings to use to hook the bicycle trailer to the basket and I take my hound with me for some decently long rides. I use curb side pick up for groceries and other stuff from as far as 10 miles away. It has good power and I'm happy with it for what it does. I purchased a cup holder and a phone holder so I can use a phone app speedometer and odometer as all the scooter monitor shows is battery level. Hindsight, I wish I had got the 1200w max, 30mile setup instead. The 800w is good, but 800 max is a 500w motor and I'm learning motor "w" is important for motor size not max "w" output. Live and learn. I really like the frame and handlebar setup on this model though. I like the "look" of it. So while I'm happy with my purchase, maybe I'll check into upgrading the hubmotor with a DIY project. But yes, Caroma makes good scooters, and I'm 5☆ happy with this purchase.

Powerful, Comfortable, and So Much Fun to Ride
I absolutely love this scooter. From the first ride, it exceeded my expectations in terms of power, comfort, and overall build quality. The motor is strong and gets up to speed quickly, even on small hills, and the battery life is more than enough for daily commuting or running errands. The seat and suspension make a huge difference — it’s incredibly comfortable, even on longer rides. The large tires handle bumps and uneven pavement really well, and the ride feels stable and smooth. I also really appreciate the rear basket, which is perfect for carrying groceries or a bag without needing a backpack. It feels safe and well-designed with solid brakes, bright lights, and a sturdy frame. Setup was easy right out of the box, and the foldable design makes it convenient to store or transport. Overall, this scooter has been a fantastic purchase — reliable, fun, and practical. Highly recommend!

Nice Commuter Scooter
So far it’s really good. I originally had a hiboy s2 and it didn’t hold up and I could barely use it on campus to commute to and from class and my apartment. I haven’t really been able to test the full/top speed due to my area but honestly its feels so nice to ride at around 14-15 mph. The suspension feels nice and so does the seat. I really am disappointed that the model I got didn’t have the speedometer on it but it’s okay.

Non reliable
We bought this a week ago. I've already crashed it because the throttle is so sensitive, almost got a concussion, both and I mean BOTH KEYS have bent on me, I am not hard on my things so I don't understand. I am going to be returning this most likely, unless they can really help me in this customer service. So far I'm very disappointed.

Affordable strong easy transport that assembles easily.
Very powerful (this is the 750W motor) and it does go up hills while maintaining speed. For paved riding, the shocks are great. Assembled easily but if you have your own tools (sockets) it's going to go easier. They supply a tool kit. The directions were not accurate for the P5 (nothing you can't intuitive figure out)--referring to a few things that aren't present. Basket mounting --hopefully you figure out where to put the washers. You may have to tighten up the mounts for the brakes. This is a throttle only model (which is a good thing). You don't monkey with speed settings and modes, throttle controls your speed, brakes reduce speed and you can find lots of sweet spots to save on battery if you need to. The display simply shows you battery life-that's it. You may need to put air in your tires before the first ride. It charged up in 5 hours but came with some charge on the battery upon arrival. The manual refers to a switch on the display to start it--there is no such thing. The key will be the sole factor in starting. The key has 3 positions. The first position (off) is basically to insert the key, the second position I have no idea what it does. I think it gives power but no throttle (if you were sitting on the side of the road and wanted to turn on the lights). The third position ONLY, is power on and the key won't fall out. Many people have already commented , correctly so, not to use a big key fob as it might dangle and jingle. My brakes did not need any adjusting upon setting up and testing the bike for 90 minutes (fun ride). Adjusting the handle bars (to be straight) was a bit of trial and error because you have to do that adjustment with the handlebars folded down. You get two reflectors for the front forks. You will install the rear brake light (not hard). Easy to throw a lock through the rear wheel and frame for deterrence. You can also throw a U-lock around the front tire as well (more deterrence). In theory this bike won't run without the key (in theory). If you're looking for reliable transport that's affordable to drive a few miles to work and home, this will do it (on paved or smooth surfaces. I will update this review if the whole thing fails at any point. I would not ride it in rain or if the roads were particularly wet (not so much for safety) as I think water will hurt the battery and motor. It goes fast--ride safe. UPDATE--We took a tumble and it banged the steering way out of alignment. The head on the bottom of the steering column has two tabs that are supposed to be "stops" centered on the left and right of the column---once out of alignment, you can't turn the wheel very much in one direction. This was not a part that would twist. Had to take the steering wheel and front wheel of and do some hammering and alignment. If , through riding, it goes out of alignment again I'll put a weld on it after aligning. This is not something that's easy to adjust . Obviously ride safe, don't tumble but surprise dumping the scooter did this.

Came dead, charging it. Seats is hard.
Looks seem as it shown, except the sear, mine was different and difficult for me to adjust. Battery must be completely dead, been charging over an hour and the light still red and seems like the charging box is getting hot. Hopefully this is not a flop because I need this to work tomorrow. My 1st day of work and off midnight. No bus, and don’t want to walk a mile nor pay $10 a day for uber. I will be very disappointed if this battery or charger is damaged. Leaving me screwed on coming home tomorrow. This is Florida where women get trafficked a lot. I would like to be able to get on and zoom myself straight home. I will come back to update this. If it all works well in few hours. Showing 5hrs to charge but I can’t stay up that long. I believe it says not to charge it too much because it will kill the battery. Meaning. I have to wake up middle of the night to see if it charged to unplug it. So far 3 star, due to sear issues and battery box getting hot. I will change my review once it gets going.
