I make 2 lbs of bread dough in bread maker then cut in half, do second rise in these pans and bake 2 loaves. Perfect size for toaster and sandwiches for 2 people. Non stick and durable. Recommend. …Came back to say I bought 2 more to use for sourdough. I use the second pan as a lid to trap steam for a good rise.

Great for loaves and banana bread. I never have to oil the pan with these.

Love love using these for baking sourdough bread loaves or pumpkin bread. Very durable and since they're non stick I always hand wash. They're just the right size for sandwich bread and exactly what you'd want in a bread pan. I'm glad they come in a set of two.
