Poor quality bottle received. The bottle stopped charging after only 20 days of use. I bought it for INR 12,500/- warrant card also has no details to claim

This hydrogen water bottle generator from Fakllod seems to produce water that feels more healthy and vital than our normal filtered water. I get muscle soreness on my two workout days, but when I drink hydrogenated water, it seems to lessen my soreness, and I feel more energized. The taste is great too. Hey, if it's a placebo effect, it was certainly worth the $32 bucks. I like that the flask is glass (no microplastics). The cleaning function is a great touch too. I get many uses out of one charge. You get the hydrogen generator bottle, lid, USB-A to USB-C charging cable, some cleaning supplies, an instruction manual, and a card that explains some cautions with operations. The bottle is protected with foam and packaged well. My only negative is that the instruction manual mentions that, for deep cleaning, "Detach the cup lid and base...reassemble the base." However, there are no instructions on how to detach or reattach the glass flask from the base. It felt like I'd break the base off of the flask. Some other reviewers have mentioned removing the base but then their generator leaked. Yikes! Hopefully, the company will see this and edit their instruction manual to show how to disassemble and assemble the generator properly. It would be great if they included the instructions in the pictures of the Amazon add too. I've included instructions that ChatGPT generated at the bottom of this review. After following the steps, I was able to successfully remove the base. Phew! I think the ones that leak may either not be tightened or perhaps are cross threaded. I'm not sure. Mine works fine after removing the base. It's incredibly easy to use. You put in filtered or purified water, screw the lid on, and press the button once. There's an LED light in the base that will change colors while the hydrogen generator is doing its thing. You'll also see bubbles coming from the base and floating to the top of the water. Three minutes later, it will beep, and the light will go off. Voila! You have hydrogen generated water. For the price, quality, design, functionality, and health results I'm feeling, I highly recommend this hydrogen generator by Fakllod. While I am an Amazon Vine reviewer, I purchased this item at full price (it wasn't offered on Vine). If it is stuck, use a dry rubber grip, silicone jar opener, or rubber glove for better traction. 5. Do not twist by the charging port or force it with pliers, because the electrolysis base can be damaged. This type of bottle has the generator in the bottom section. If it still will not come off, two common reasons are: 1. The seal is tight from the factory. 2. Mineral buildup is making the threads stick. A safe next step is to run warm water over the threaded area for 30–60 seconds, dry it, and try again. One related manual also notes warm water can help when the bottle components are stubborn.

We’d only used this bottle twice and it began to leak into the bottom (where the charging port is). So disappointed as we’d heard great things. Sent back for a refund.
