Lifeline9" Extra Lateral Resistor Pro Resistance Cables for Low Impact Strength Training (Set of 3)

These resistance bands are great for training if you have the right equipment, like the Doorway Train Station or Lifeline Triple Trainer (If you just have two of the basic handles, then you are very limited). With the Doorway Train Station, I can use these 9” bands for chest press, tricep extensions, bicep curls, high rows, low rows, modified lat pulldowns, angled shrugs for mid and upper traps, and so much more. There are uses for the 4’ and 5’ bands, but utilizing such long bands for simpler movements leads to abrasions and general wear and tear (based on how you mount/anchor the bands or stepping on them). It also takes up about 8 feet of space doing a movement like the chest press with the longer bands.

I use these cables with my Lifeline USA power pushup 3. Everything made by Lifeline USA is long lasting and durable. I needed these to replace my original cables which broke after several years of use.

Perfectly fits into the hosters and right weight for me.

It's only about 6 inches long. Not sure what you can do with that,I took it out the box and put it back so that I can return this useless product.

These bands are way too short to really be useful.

These bands are a great addition to the hard lifeline 3 band grips. I went from only being able to pull apart 2 pink bands to the full compliment of 3 of the purple. I have had one fail but after extensive use. Now I check for wear before use every now and then. Very happy to find them still for sale. Will be ordering more soon.

This is not what I ordered. I was expecting what is in the picture, which is the ankle bands with the cords. All I received was 3 yellow cords. I can’t use these without the ankle bands shown in the picture.

The ribbon is to long so to have it wrapped around the ankles it’s to long to stretch
