I am using it for 1+ years. product worked very good. but suddently stopped one day with some PCB error .I called customer care they given some technician no . He did not come for 2 weeks then he came and found some fault into PCB. He told to courier it some Rajistan location. Now they are charging for just repair of PCB 3600 Rs. even new will not be half the price. I was very disappointed the delay in service and so long to wait. while writing this review I still have to wait for the PCB for 10 days to get it replaced. I think such a good company must not outsource its technical support . there is no gurentee for this reapier as well. then for fixing it at my home I have to pay another 800 Rs. so be very clear about after product service.

the product is good for daily use , my family likes it and run daily on treadmill. The best part body massager attached with it.Good use for home utility and can be used for general use . Sturdy and great design and easy to install.It is noise free, smooth running, easy to install, overall very good product..if you are going to buy Trust me and go for it
