Great Spice
Very flavorful without being salty

Fresh, but different size container causes consternation.
The cylindrical container (not as picturedll above) looked barely 1/2 full when I pulled it out of the shipping envelope. Since it was still sealed and, when we checked the weight, still appeared to contain 6 oz, I guess it's a matter of the company making poor container choices. The seasoning is fresh, so no complaints there.

Great for Stir-Fry.
This is spectacular. Great flavor and quite hot. I stir-fry a great deal and really like adding this for both full flavor and heat.

Great flavor, half filled
Flavor is good, just what I was wanting. However the container came half filled which was super disappointing. Checked and made sure there wasn’t any seal issues. Guessing it was packaged like that in the production facility but frustrating that I paid full price for a half bottle.
