Love these because the taste is not bad and I can get the re-hydrated feeling without all of the sodium that other brands have. Nice to not feel like I am just drinking salt water!

Really love the grape flavor and I use it everyday . Its a light flavor but so much better than the liquid IV as far as the sugar .

I took a variety pack of this with me on a recent trip to a subtropical country, where it was VERY hot & VERY humid every day. I was out on long walks and some strenuous hikes where I was sweating so much it was raining down in fat droplets on the ground around me, and soaked thru my clothes. I came to rely on these packets to prevent getting ill from being too dehydrated, and other people in my group started to ask me for some because just plain water was not enough to stay hydrated (one man who was quite fit even felt ill until he had some electrolytes to recover from one of the hikes). I was using so many of these (often two a day or more) that I ran out before my vacation was over, but thankfully all of the strenuous hikes were at the beginning of the trip. So, these worked great for keeping me hydrated even though I was sweating buckets every day. The flavors are weak and meh, but when I was out huffing and puffing in the worst of the heat I didn't even care -- I just NEEDED water with electrolytes and didn't care if the flavor was weak or meh. That said, I often paired a packet of this with a packet of something like the Jolly Rancher water flavoring packets to make it tastier. My advice would be to take more of these than you think you'll need (like maybe double), and also to throw in some packets from Crystal Lite, or whatever brand you favor, to make the taste better.

Great taste and dissolves quickly in water. Easy to carry in a backpack. Very happy with this product. Have used before.

Best feature... inexpensive, good value. Weakness...not much flavor. There are better choices, Pure Kick is one of my favorites, but it might be too sweet for some people.

These work quickly, efficient, and taste pretty good. I'm an avid mountain hiker, backpacker, kayaker, and performer living in the desert, so I sweat a ton and need more hydration than most people living in cooler more humid climates. These always go in my backpack, or we premix them in our water bottles and freeze them before we head out. You can control how concentrated or mild the flavor by adding less or more water to the mix. I'm able to function at high outputs thanks to these little packets!

Love! Not high in sugar or sodium. Love the taste. No after taste. If you medically need a high sodium electrolyte, this one is probably not for you. If you just need to keep your electrolytes in check, this is definitely for you

Not a whole lot of color to it, which isn't a bad thing. You want to keep down as much of the dyes as possible. Good flavor, not over powering with a16oz bottle size. Might be a little sweet for 12oz or smaller. I tried the lime first (my least favorite), and I'm not disappointed with the direct taste and the after taste. Swap it out with water every other bottle, and you should be hydrated plenty. I would buy it again.

Please contact me as these are not right. They are in date however they are solid sachets the power is rock hard and doesn’t dissolve and sits like rocks in the cup. Surely this can’t be right. I would like a refund.
