I was not sure about the flea collar. We purchased a more expensive collar and when I went to purchase it again for my other 3 dogs it had gone up $10.00 each. I refused to pay that being it had only been a couple of weeks. I have never had a flea problem until I moved to California last fall. The fleas on our dogs was unbelievable and we tried the liquid but it did not work. Our small dog lost much of his hair due to the fleas and we had all of our dogs groomed and bathed at least twice. The small dog had to go to the vet and get shots. I purchased 3 more of these in hopes it would get rid of them forever!!!! IT WORKED!!! It took several weeks but they are gone. Our home and dogs are flea free. DO not hesitate to get this collar and I will buy them again when the time runs out to use.

So far so good! Only had for two weeks but no fleas
So far so good! Only had for two weeks but no fleas, no scratching, and his fur seems softer. No odor from collar either. A bit pricy but if it works until next winter rolls around then it will be a good investment. Best alternative to liquid solutions. Solution has caused irritation of his skin in the past. He is an indoor/outdoor dog and I wanted something that won't make him miserable and so far it works. Happy dog!

High quality product
Great high quality collar. It lasts for 8 months and seems very well made. Very easy to use, open the package and put it around the dog's neck and you are done. It is water resistant, so when my dog is outside and it rains I don’t have to worry about it.

I'm not sure how effective these collars are. I purchased two for my dogs (Mini Schnauzer and German Shepherd) and although they have yet to get a tick, I will say the citronella oil scent is STRONG. It's all I can smell when I pat my Mini Schnauzer. I'm a little worried about it being too strong to be so close to her nose. I also am seeing that most of the five star reviews for this product are fake/BS. One review I saw/commented on said this collar was great to alleviate barking. Amazon - wtf? Seriously?Has anyone read anything or heard anything from their veterinarian?

Easy to use and ticks aren’t latching 👍🏼
My dog is a Shepard mix, 7 months old. So she’s at an awkward size where I don’t know how to distinguish if she’s going to end up being 50lbs or 80lbs. Since it’s getting warmer out and we take her everywhere with us, I decided to go with this instead of Seresto. I got this 2 weeks ago and so far it’s pretty good since I’ve found two ticks on her but didn’t latch.

I no longer have to worry about getting flea bites from Fido's little friends.
I bought this for my son's dog, a black Labrador, because I was tired of getting flea bites every time I visited him at his house. He and his wife washed the dog thoroughly before putting the collar on it, which is a prerequisite to using the collar, and now when I go over to their house, I no longer have to worry about getting flea bites from Fido's little friends. So, I am giving this collar five stars, and I have ordered another one, since the one I bought them only lasts nine months.
