NeilMed Baby NasaKleen Nasal-Oral Aspirator with 49 Hygiene Filters and a Convenient Storage Travel Case

I originally bought the more expensive Frida Baby aspirator (around $16), and honestly, it was a nightmare for us. My baby hated it, screamed every single time, and it took forever to remove any mucus. The long clear tube would constantly disconnect during use, which made the whole process even more frustrating. Out of curiosity, I ordered this NeilMed aspirator because it was only $6. I had very low expectations, especially considering the price. To my surprise, this thing is AMAZING. The quality is far better than I expected. Nothing comes apart while using it, everything feels secure, and the soft silicone nose tip is much more comfortable for my baby. The biggest shock was that my baby actually started grabbing it himself and now lets me clear his nose without fighting me. He smiles during the process and almost seems to want me to keep going! I honestly can’t believe I’m saying this, but the $6 aspirator works significantly better for us than the one that cost almost three times as much. This product has been a lifesaver in our house. Highly recommend! ❤️👶🏻

I think these are way better than the more popular brand! First off, the stopper is actually a stopper to block the snot and germs from getting into the tube towards the parent. Quality of the device is a lot sturdier and easier to clean too! Loved it so much we bought a second for our newborn!

This thing works great. You just have to be really good at sucking to get those stubborn boogers out. Baby isn't a huge fan of booger suckers in general, but this one seems slightly more tolerable to the bulb sucker. The price is also good.

At the time of writing this review, this item costs $5 less than NoseFrida, so essentially 33% less. However this is way better. The built overall is just better, the tube part is more sturdy. But the tip of this, where it would touch the nostril, is made of a soft silicone material. This comes with a lot more filters, and the filters themselves are better, as they come in their individual plastic container. And then it also comes with a compact storage case, so you can throw it in the diaper bag. I’m so happy with my purchase and would recommend everyone to buy this instead of a NoseFrida.

I use this on my dog who requires help clearing his nose. It works well and I do not worry about accidentally ingesting any yucky stuff. Comes with extra filters. Fits his nostrils well and is easy to clean.

This manually operated nasal aspirator is small and lightweight, making it portable. It consists of five parts that can be cleaned separately and are easy to assemble. The medical-grade materials have maintained their factory quality despite undergoing several sterilization cycles. Its silicone tip is gentle on babies' noses, and I've found the suction to be more effective and controllable than the battery-operated nasal aspirator version. What I appreciate most about this product is that it truly provides quick relief for stuffy noses. Additionally, the manual aspirator isn't noisy like its battery-operated counterpart and doesn't depend on batteries, and my baby hasn't experienced any fear when using it. This works better than the electric one for my 12 month old. It has a firmer plastic tip, so it doesn’t bend as easily when you put it in the nose. People say it comes apart, but I don’t think it comes apart any easier than the electric one does when you have a child grabbing at it. Someone also said it requires two hands, but you just need one hand and a mouth to hold it.

I wasn't to sure of what I would be sent after reading the last review but I decided to risk it. There was no need to worry though as the item I received was the one being advertised. I have now used it a few times on my newborns so my technique is getting better. I am absolutely loving using this nasal aspirator. I think you get good value for money looking at similar items for sale which incidentally do not include 50 filters unlike this brand.

Great product easy to clean and use

Great invention. Has been an absolute lifesaver. Small enough to carry everyday and looking forward to using again this Winter!

Good basic product

I bought this as the picture showed a Neils Med product but it is not what I received...very disappointed - I feel I have been duped.
