Great product really helps

I didn't realise when ordering this that the back is just a sheet of elastic with no gel in it. The front does cool nicely and works well, but headaches are often around the head so it isn't as effective as it could be.

Very comfortable to sleep in and they block out all the light highly recommend

The gel is only on the front, should have read other reviews! I get migraines at the back of my head so not sure it will be quite right but hopefully it will help a little bit.

The media could not be loaded. I like a nice surprise, as this product I find brilliant. Great fit and comfy.Got this for my daughter. I'm hoping this will give relief to her as I'm sure it's better than nothing.It's basically a thick gel pad that you heat up or cool down and it supposedly stays cooler 30% longer than others. I can't confirm this as I've nothing to compare it to, to be perfectly honest. Others may have, so I'd look out for their reviews on that claim. But it does stay nice and cool though.Just slip it over your head, it's not too tight as I was fearing.Brill... Recommended

I chose this as I like the idea of a cooling gel pack for when I get headaches or migraines.This migraine cap has a thick gel layer and it can be cooled in fridge, frozen in freezer or heated in microwave. (Surprisingly the cap feels cool on arrival, even before it has been in the fridge.)The material feels very silky and smooth. It is dark black so ideal for blocking out light if you have light sensitivity.The cap feels a little bit too small for me - it is stretchy but I would prefer a looser fit as I do not like extra pressure round my head when I have headache or migraine.I still think it is very useful as it can be held against the head or against other painful areas of the body when needed.

Comfortable, easy to use, and with an ergonomic design, this head warp is wonderful!The design of the head wrap makes it very versatile in how it can be worn. It can be used as a mask (which effectively blocks out light when wearing over the eyes), a cap that just sits on the head, or even as a neck wrap to help aid with a sore neck.To get the best results from the head wrap, it needs either freezing or microwaving. I prefer to use mine as a cold head wrap, and I've found that freezing the head wrap for a few hours before use ensures its cooling capabilities last a long while.I'm pleased with the quality of the head wrap. Its materials feel robust and premium, and I found it very comfortable to wear. The head wrap only has the gel pad on the front of the wrap, and the back side is made of a very soft and stretchy material.For £9.99, I think this head wrap is good value for money. I'm very happy with mine, and it provides me instant relief when I need it.I'd highly recommend!
