Soft fabric, extra thick in the front with plenty of room for everything. These are very comfortable and appear well-made. I'm keeping them even after the catheter is out! The pocket looks like it would also be useful for keeping valuables or ID/keys if you happen to be travelling or working out.

My dad recently had nephrostomy bags placed and he was very self-conscious of them. He wouldn’t leave the house and walked around with his robe turned inside out to hold the bags on each side. I found these underwear and he loves them. He uses them and are not bulky under his sweatpants or jeans. They hold the bags in place, and the waist size can be adjusted so a ballpark size from the size chart on the webpage is fine. I strongly recommend these for anyone who has nephrostomy bags. A must have for sure.

Good fit boxer brief style underwear, solid waistband, no slippage as nephrostomy bag fills. 2 nice wide and deep nephrostomy bag pockets and button tube secure straps. These are great underwear esp instead of rubber or Velcro thigh straps which slip down. A reasonable value as a 2 pack vs another single similar neph boxer underwear for a higher individual price.

I have bi- lateral nephrostomy tubes. Easier to use than leg bands!
