KT Tape, Pro Ice, Menthol Infused Kinesiology Tape, 20 Count, 10" Precut Strips, Black

This tape works wonders for my daughter and my hypermobile joints. Soothing too.

Good adhesive. Great menthol feel. Lasts so much longer than a normal patch or ointment. If I stick it over a shallow vein then it numbs the whole area. The taping doesn't help me but the menthol is better than any other product I've used except that Chinese dragon balm stuff. And this lasts longer so I don't have to reapply it throughout the day.

I love this KT tape I feel relief instantly. It easy to apply on and it sticks great. It doesn’t smell strong and it really does work. I have purchased multiple times.

Product is great ! I've been using KT Tape for years now, but not (almost) religiously until the past couple months. I have been struggling with carpal tunnel, which is exactly what I bought this for. The braces the doctor gave me work pretty good, but sometimes they don't. And I can't wear those during work (very labor intensive), so I thought I'd try this KT Tape, and wow I had relief almost instantly. First hour, after applied the area gets quite cold, which feels great! I also get to wear them during work, and the surprising part about that is that wrapping them around my wrists have given me quite a bit of wrist support. They are fairly durable, it says they last 4-7 days. I've had mine on for 3 I think, I'm sure I could have them on for longer but after awhile they start to itch. So I just replace with new ones. Definitely buy this if you're experiencing carpal tunnel, there are a few different ways to wrap for CT specifically, but after a few times I just started doing basic wrapping around wrists just because it will be wrapped tape to tape and won't fall off as easily (because if you sweat too much with gloves on it'll come off sooner). Durability is good for water though, taken shower with them on just don't wash the tape in shower.

I was initially a little let down when I first opened it because I couldn't smell the Menthol like you can with some other products infused with it but after I put it on I placed a calf sleeve that I usually use for shin splints to stop the rolling at the edges and I noticed about an hr in that the icy feeling of menthol really kicked in! No telling how long it'll last both in terms of how long the tape will stay on my skin as well as how long the menthol affect will last but so far I'm really enjoying it and it's nice to have a targeted dual purpose product for my injury on my leg. I did see other people saying they had mixed opinions on the adhesive but I've seen this with almost every single KT Tape review area.. some people tend to actually have a really big problem with keeping KT tape on I know I personally have tried everything from their Pro, cotton, and now menthol KT Tape and typically I know that on my skin KT Tape won't last in the shower and honestly I don't prefer it either because it doesn't dry very fast. Other people have the total opposite issue where they find it very very hard to get off I have seen a lot of people have a lot of success with baby oil and letting that soak on before they remove it. Nevertheless KT Tape is always a must for my running kit because it is always a success as far as eating and injury on my legs. My only issue is I know the standard cotton one just doesn't stick very well on the side of my legs while I'm running, I think because of the motion and it being so stretchy that it just tends to lift very easily but so far I have higher hopes on this sticking because it's not as stretchy as the cotton. The pro tended to stick way better for running purposes and this kind of feels like an in-between of the cotton and the pro synthetic material but nevertheless I can pretty much predict that as soon as I get in the shower this will come off very easily. I already had an issue with the edges rolling up a little bit when I was putting on my calf sleeve so I don't think that's going to be an issue for me personally. At this point I think it really depends on you and your skin with how the adhesive works because like I said I see some people who can wear KT tape for up to a week like it's advertised and then there's people like me who can only use it for a single activity - Max 2 days if I don't sweat and don't take a shower.

My physical therapist taped my knee with KT tape, it felt like my knee was in a cradle. It was great, I was able to do all the exercises without discomfort or pain. I ordered it through Amazon, I love it, it really helped me. I will never be without KT tape.

Wow! I'm a disabled war veteran with a major shoulder injury. It has caused poor shoulder posteur. The cortisone shots for pain don't last as long. Looking for anything to help, I ran across this menthol KT tape. Low expectation but willing to try. I actually taped my shoulder myself. Instantly you could feel a soothing "burn". I could feel it working. I actually slept with it on. It didn't peel off. I am so impressed and happy that I will order more. I know I've written a book here, but this tape has helped my shoulder the first night. I will try to come back with a 30 day review.

It’s nice to feel the menthol, if you plan to put it on your feet, it does not stay on the whole day. Sad. But it works great on hips or other parts of your body

Love the menthol. It feels great on my injury. But the tape doesn’t hold well and it peels off, especially if you sweat a little bit. I prefer the pro oxygen tape it is thicker and holds better.

The menthol works nicely, for a day. It doesn’t stay on if you go swimming. Will not buy again.
