After taking this for almost two weeks I can definitely tell a difference in energy levels. Overall I feel more awake and focused. Ended up buying the 3 month supply right after due to the immediate positive effects this showed.

Major energy increase felt.

Just started and already flummoxed. Both bottles contain 90 capsules as a pre combined set, however, the Shilajit is 1 capsule per serving & the Sea moss is 2 per serving. Since the set is sold as 1 bottle each, you'll run out of Sea Moss in 45 days instead of 90 on the Shilajit & you can't order it separately (that I can find in your store) not to mention that why wouldn't you sell it as a complete set ( 1 bottle Shilajit & 2 bottle Sea Moss ) as a complete 90 day supply in the 1st place if you were going to sell it combined??.

It works really well for my knees and joints as well as overall gut health, pairing these with fish oils and a daily vitamin make for a great daily vitamin stack. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get an all in one supplement for overall body health.
