Haven't had any real problems with it. Works fine for my bedroom. I live in southeast Texas where it is very hot and humid so it challenges itself to stay running cold at times but that's understandable given the climate

We put a 12x24 shed in our back yard for hobbies. My husband likes training I make jewelry. This AC/Heater/Dehumidifier/Fan is AMAZING! We've only used the AC and heater and so far this is by far the best purchase we've made in a long time! We had temps in the 40's and we used the heater and it felt great! The PRICE was awesome! Run and get this!

Absolute piece of trash. Stupid thing doesn’t work

It's so nice and fairly quiet. It keeps our old farm house very comfortable. I even had to grab a throw for my legs the other night. We got the biggest one and we love it. I think it was the 2400 btu. Installation was easy enough. It was a little expensive but I believe it was worth it. I absolutely love the app that I can pull up from anywhere. The app let's me check how how efficient it's running and check how much electricity it's using. I would highly recommend.
