Excellent sound! Subtle Lowes beautiful highs. If you’ve never had a decent Dolby surround sound and you’re working off of TV speakers this is a great starter! I can’t wait to watch movies now.

Had this for just about a year now. Works as expected. Id opt for something larger for a fuller sound. But we like it because it is slim and doesnt distract from our minimal, sleeker decor.

I love the design and size of this soundbar. I have it mounted immediately under a 55" frame tv. The sound is very good for its size. However, we use it on the TV that watch while we drift off to sleep. The issue that we have is that even on midnight sound mode with all the options to even out the loud and quiet scenes, we still struggle to find a volume where we can hear the spoken words while not being startled when there is a louder scene. It is far better than the built in speakers on the frame for handling this issue, but it is definitely still an issue.

I've been on the quest for a sound bar since I upgraded my TV last year. I wanted the Q-Symphony integration for my Samsung QN65 but didn't want, or need, a high-end unit. For my use, I didn't see the value of spending a lot of money on a sound bar and additional surround sound speakers. I'd read all the reviews and decided to give the S700D a try. Set up was a breeze. I switched of the power strip to my TV, plugged in the sub-woofer and sound bar, switched the power strip back on and everything connected seamlessly. The only setting under audio I had to change was to select "TV + Soundbar" to enable the Q-Symphony function. I noticed right away that the dialog from the unit was much clearer than the TV speakers alone had been prior to installing the sound bar. I was concerned that I didn't hear sound from the TV speakers while watching standard streaming content, news, etc. Apparently the Q-Symphony function only works while viewing streaming content with 5.1 audio, such as Netflix movies and shows. If you want to put the system through it's paces, I highly recommend watching "Damsel" and "Oblivion", both on Netflix. The sound was HUGE and the TV speakers became part of the 5.1 surround effect. With my premium subscription to MAX, I was able to watch content streaming in 4K with Dolby Atmos audio and was very impressed by surround effect produced by the S700D sound bar and TV speakers. Since I do not have rear speakers, I wouldn't say the sound is "immersive" but there is a substantial depth, clarity, separation, bass response and dynamic range in the audio making this system a great value and option for anyone wanting to improve their listening experience. Many streaming providers offer premium subscriptions that offer 4K UHD and Dolby Atmos such as Netflix and MAX. I added the sound bar to my Smart Things app which does make controlling features a little easier. I'm not sure why but the only sound modes available are "Game" and "Adaptive Sound". I'm using adaptive sound which monitors the audio in real time and adjust for optimum sound quality. I'm very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it!

We ordered this sound bar in November of 2024. Set it up and started using it for our TV sound. We are an older couple and live full time in an RV. We loved it until a week ago it started making a crinkling sound like it was blown or something . Again we are an older couple and use it without any reason to blow a speaker. After my husband looking at it he said the speaker seems blown . We are very disappointed because money is tight and now we don't have a sound bar for our movies .

Setup for dolby Atmos is easy and work well . I did think the sound was any better than my tv speakers and since I had an older tv it could not use all the samsung features . I returned it for a model with 5.1 system an seaperat side speakers.

Me gusto, fácil de instalar y además como la pantalla que tengo es de la misma marca sin problema se programó. También se creó un control remoto en mi celular (de la misma marca). Y lo principal es una buena experiencia de sonido.

Realmente es muy delgada pero tiene muy buen sonido, el woofer da muy buenos tonos de bajo, con el control remoto se puede regular el volumen del woofer y con la aplicación se controla desde el teléfono.La conecte a una pantalla de 75'' samsung y con el efecto Q-Symphony utiliza las bocinas de la pantalla y le da mas efecto surround.Es de gama media-alta y tiene Dolby Atmos inalámbrico, 3.1 canalesPara una avitacion mediana es excelente.Recomendable
