There is no switch on the body
There is no switch on the body yu need to plug main switch on and off which makes using the product very difficult and plastic quality is very poor

Almost there....
The first product sent to me was defective, however it was replaced without any delay. The new one delivered is good and working as expected. It's a daily use product and performs aptly.

I had a disappointing experience with this product whose motor failed less than five minutes into its first use while grinding idli batter. This was especially frustrating considering it was a brand-new purchase. Fortunately, Amazon was helpful and quickly issued a refund, but the situation left me disillusioned with the product’s durability. While energy efficiency is important, it's equally crucial for appliances to have a robust, reliable motor. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone seeking longevity and performance.
