I do not understand why there was a big gash in the tub whilst the outer packaging was intact (See pics.) Was I sent a damaged, tub that was busted open? This is what I got. And I was afraid to use it, or even try it, - but I needed milk in my tea asap, which is why I ordered it. Gingerly trying this already open product In my rating, I am ignoring the fact that the tub was gashed open without the packaging being affected. It tasted exactly as nestle Nido used to taste before it was tinkered with and added to. It says it is organic, bovaer-free, milk,so we would need to have evidence of what farms supplied the milk. (ie milk codes?) as Organic products have tshow their transparency. I feel a lot more people would buy this with confidence as a pure product with no additives, if they had this evidence of which milk, and which farms? This is a well needed niche market. I certainly would promote it It seems a very good quality milk, and tastes good. It is very easy to mix. A clean, pure product. It says it is made by spray drying. It is excellent and dissolves well. It is well developed,with health in mind I still gave it 5 stars as it is a quality product, and this was a problem not caused by them? .- tasty and versatile and saves space and refrigeration. I hope their standards stay high up snd wish them continued success.

This is the best ever powdered milk I’ve ever tried. As good as any fresh milk. I will buy this regularly from now on.. melts completely directly in to hot drinks. I’ll never worry about running out of fresh milk again.. well worth keeping in stock. Worth every penny.Absolutely delicious 😋

Good quality product, mixes easily, creates (for me) perfect Greek Yohurt. I will certainly be reordering.
