Item was made really well would’ve worked better if it was compatible with my device, but it wasn’t unfortunately but I would recommend this to someone. Just make sure your device is compatible before buying didn’t work with my galaxy note 20 ultra

And that issue is games like COD Mobile will not work without touchscreen mapping, which can get you banned from their services. Not the fault of Gamesir but something to be aware of. Besides that, I absolutely love this controller. Got this to replace the Razer Kishi with my Razer Edge and it works perfectly with the Edge. I did have to sideload the Gamesir app but it's easy enough to accomplish. The controller feels really good in the hands, like you're holding an actual Xbox controller. As do the joysticks and the feel of the buttons. Any games with controller support work wonderfully, and the mapping feature is just as good as what Razer has. I do wish this could be more compatible with phones that have thick cases, but this is fine for my needs. If you do have a case on your phone, I'd get something with Bluetooth instead.

This review is specifically comparing it with the Backbone (and also the PS5 Dual Sense for size comparison) for those that are deciding from the two. I tested this on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Gamesir G8: + much larger grip and thumb sticks, feels like holding a console controller + interchangeable thumb sticks. + “home button” remappable, unlike Backbone’s + no subscription required + back buttons is a nice bonus - does not work with cases (I use a Caudabe Sheath. It actually does work with this case if you press REALLY hard, but it feels excessively too hard and rough on the phone. Would not recommend playing with a case) - no iOS app. Only runs in PlayStation mode - D pad is mediocre and in an odd position - kind of difficult to remove the phone Backbone One (2nd gen): + compact and feels more premium than the G8. Still comfy to use for a compact controller + works with more cases + backbone app is nice but… - app needs subscription which is not worth it - backbone button not remappable. Can’t use in emulator apps - have to hold backbone button to use PS home button in Remote Play. G8 is a single press. - thumb sticks are not comfy as G8 Overall I decided to go with the GameSir on this one, mostly for comfort and the remappable home button.

I got this as a replacement to my Razer Kishi Pro V2 as it's Type-C USB Port bent after 1 months of use with no drops or children or animals involved. It was also to small for my 6 Foot tall person big Human Hands and the Galileo fits me a lot better. It's a very solid unit, doesn't have that cheap feel that even the Razer Kishi can't avoid. I do wish the face buttons clicked but all the other buttons seem to click so I'll live and it's such a a small issue that I won't deduct points. It even works just fine on my Razer Gaming Edge Wifi that I got. I can't use the Game Sir software but that's Razers fault.

Have been using this with my S25 Ultra to play fortnite. The experience is good enough that I rarely fire up my xbox any more. I do wish the length from the end to the right thumbstick was longer as I do have to position my hand a little funky to accommodate this and it can create a little fatigue. I do have larger hands. All in all though its great and I love being able to still charge phone and use the 3.5mm headphone jack for audio and mic.

I would love it if it was dual connection, unfortunate the usbc keeps failing to connect to my brand new RedMagic 11 Pro, it connects then seconds later it gets disconnected, not possible to factory reset like powered controllers. I heard you can connect tablets, but nothing over 8inches is able to fit, so not able to use with my tablet. I only loved that was a full size controller like my Xbox Elite 2 controller. but looks like this game pads last less than a month then you have to spend another 90 bucks to keep buying gamepads.

Had a backbone but got the new phone which uses usb-c and didn’t want to dish out $100+. I always hated the backbones size and ergonomics cause I have slightly large hands, so I gave this a shot. Not only is it a better size and more comfortable, but it may very well be the best controller I have ever used even on consoles. Everything is snappy and clicks perfect, the grips on the triggers and handles are great. The extra joystick caps are icing on the cake. Even the box it came in is high quality! Would highly recommend to anyone.

I might just be the most unlucky customer out there The first one I got me could have successfully connect as a peripheral and the through charge kept repeating causing the phone to actually die and even getting warmer than normal I did reach out and a replacement was sent to me But it was the same problem, also while disconnecting the first unit one day the type C end was pulled out as well But apart from that, the gameplay is smooth and it fits nicely in my hand

Funciona muy bien para emuladores y algunos juegos Android. Para los juegod que tienen mandos más complejos también funciona muy bien solo que la configuración es un poco más compleja y las apps de bancos se bloquean porque hay que activar el modo developer

Gostei muito. A pegada é a de um controle de Console, é reconhecido instantaneamente a qualquer jogo ou serviço de Streaming de jogos em nuvem, imput lag super baixo. É leve, botões até o momento parecem muito bons. Quando eu tiver usado mais vezes, vou adicionar mais pontos. Voltando aqui para adicionar mais pontos: Os botões são fáceis de trocar, e tbm ajuda muito na limpeza, eu o uso em um Samsung A55, é um celular grande, mas ele pode ser esticado ainda mais. É o melhor até o momento que já usei para celular, já tive um da Razer, é bom mas não chega perto do G8 Galileo, a sua pegada que se encaixa na mão é um dos seus pontos forte. Recomendo muito esse controle.

Got it Thursday 11th dec Absolutely loved it, it's class till Sunday evening (14th Dec) I plugged it in and after a mins I could smell like a plastic smell and when I picked it up it was red hot and the charger tip nearly burnt my finger, was plugged into a small charger (5v...2.0A) type c charger....I'm so disappointed 😞 it's a cool controller when it was working but Id be so afraid to plug it now incase it goes one fire

Am iPhone 15 Pro Max der perfekte Controller!!! Hat auf Anhieb gepasst und wunderbar funktioniert Ich nutze ihn für G-Force now sowie Xbox Cloud Gaming ohne Probleme Natürlich auch direkt für nativ Fortnite auf dem Handy. Da ist der Vorteil, dass er direkt mit laden kann.
