I had to wait a while to really use this chair and put it through it's paces. I did a lot of research before I finally pulled the trigger on this purchase. I'm happy to say that I really, really, like this chair. The comfort and support it provides is like no other chair I've sat in. The main thing for me was having a chair that was mesh as the material seems to hold up longer and it breaths more than the pleated, cloth, chairs. The adjustments are almost too much since there's an adjustment for almost any contour on your body. It feels like adjusting you seat on a bike, it'll never be perfect but you'll keep adjusting it all the time.Overall I'm very happy with this purchase and will continue recommending it to my friends and family. Definitely worth the price

The best chair for my pain areas. This chair really helps with my slouching which causes alot of these issues. It helps me sit properly without any discomfort. The chair literally feels perfect in every single way. I was skeptical at first before dropping a ton of money on this, but with the help of ChatGPT, it narrowed my decision to this vs other chairs as well as the features.Build Quality A+Ease of Assembly A+Functionally A+Sturdiness A+FYI, I'm 5'5 and this is perfect for my height. I love that it's adjustable, breathable and all around a very comfortable chair to work long hours in.

Updated: Sihoo replied and willing to improve on this issue and refund it.I wanted to love the Sihoo S300. The upholstery is great and the build feels sturdy. But the leg design is fundamentally flawed, causing the casters to drag and lock up on every turn, even on perfectly smooth floors.When I email them about the issue, SIHOO support said this is normal because the wheels are "anti-slip" and offered a $25 credit to buy aftermarket replacements caster. That is not a solution. The chair’s base is poorly engineered and no amount of lubrication or new caster wheel will fix it.For a premium-priced chair, this performance is unacceptable. If you need easy maneuverability, avoid the S300 or be prepared to stuck while moving it. Buyer beware!

Very happy to purchase this chair. As a patient of cervical spondylosis, this chair supports my neck very well and provides just the right amount of support at the waist and elbows. After installing it and just testing it for a while, I ordered a second one for my husband.

It broke after 6 month of using. The chair is tilting both backward and forward… I almost fell flat on my face to the floor. I’ve gotten $11 for a refund on $640 useless chair. It cost more than $50 to trash it. Stay away from this brand at all costs.Update: Company issued another $5 in refund. They think that this is some kind of a joke. This company really need to go out of business.Update 2: Mfg offered full refund, but I really don’t know if I have to break my principal after they toyed around with two ridiculously silly refund attempt.

My total was $577 all in.Some assembly required, but it shouldn't take you more than 15 minutes. My initial impression of the chair has been great. I work from home and spend 10+ hours a day sitting at my computer. There is a lot of flexibility to support your seating preference. The mesh is nice and soft and there is just enough give to provide a nice cushion, it could be a little more give if I am being picky.Like some other, mine arrived three days past the estimated delivery date. With two days where it was "out for delivery" and never actually made it to my door.btod.com (behind the office door) provided the best review on this chair. One video produced by them was the initial impression, and then a second video was produced as a follow-up.

A lot of money to find that in the forward position, the seat slips on one side, constantly. On the positive side, the back support is great, the head rest is great, the fabric is great, the adjustable arms are great. But, if you can't sit without an issue with the seat all is for naught. Customer Service hasn't been helpful yet. I'm hopeful. I will update my review based on what happens with the seat.
